Very good, ahead of Bloomberg
What do you like best about the product?
I like the search toggle optionality and the user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited when trying to imput for example an index. It would be nice to automatically pull in an index as at one time rather than all the equity tickers in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to look across comapnies for search words and trends. I can see trends.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of functionality, able to search in a very technical manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of functionality can make it look complicated. Would want highlight with more colors, and not having to choose a color each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AlphaSense provides industry and company specific insights which is not publicly available that is useful.
Great platform for investment bankers
What do you like best about the product?
It has become my go-to platform for all financial information on public companies including SEC filings, investor presentations, annual reports, press releases, etc. as well as equity research. I use it multiple times per day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be slow to load but that is presumably due to the large amounts of data being pulled

Helps aggregate relevant documents rather than screening through disparate data sources to pull information.

What do you like best about the product?
What makes AlphaSense truly a unique platform is the technology and data available, but also the combination of having a skilled, responsive, effective communicator and knowledgable team at AlphaSense who is able to effectively explain the platform, assist to solve questions and problems and who actively looked for ways to improve my experience. Allie was a great help and resolved my questions in a timely manner and also quickly followed-up with certain questions I had in the same day!

There is nothing I dislike currently - Allie helped answer all my questions

Efficiently reviewing news and research with search features and functions that are effective and actually provide helpful results.

Best application for understanding companies
What do you like best about the product?
AlphaSense provides our company with all of the analyses we need and more. We get most of our industry reports, analyst reports etc. from it. The newly launched AI features are very helpful in understanding an industry or company quickly. The user interface is super intuitive and I really enjoy doing research with the tool. Additionally, if you ever run into a problem, the support system at AlphaSense is very very good. You can get 24/7 support in the Live Chat from real humans and the key account managers are also very approachable and proactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
AlphaSense is great but also has its price. As far as I understand it is rather on the expensive side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting quick and easy access to the latest analyst reports.

The wealth of knowledge on the site that is only continuing to grow

The dark design of the website can make it a little tough to find the tools I want to use, as well as remembering when to use which search bar/the left hand panel to refine

It can be time consuming to comb through multiple sites and locate industry reports, earnings reports, and then have to comb through them for useful information/data. AlphaSense does a great job combining all this information into a single source of truth.
Love the product, but searches could be easier.

How one can choose which areas to search in such as news, SEC filings, research, etc. This is helpful in narrowing down query results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding research pieces is often hard, inconsistent and there are times where I do not understand why I cannot find something.
