Outstanding Supplier Organisation & Risk Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Suppliers managed in organised structure - with easy reigstration & bespoke access permissions for all areas of the business.
Prevalent has brought organisation to a complex supply framework accross multiple client accounts.
The survey and monitoring functions have been key in understanding risk within suppliers accurately.
The support and desire to grow the platform in your business is excellent and always on hand to support with issues and response time is amazing. Real ROI

What do you dislike about the product?
Standard reporting is good for overviews. The advanced reporting focuses very much (still very useful) on the final output... risks, remediation planning, threats and user activity. We find very little reporting supports analysis of progress of gathering information - as an example we have to export schedule reports to excel to analyse some aspects of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinated view of supplier use accross multiple client accounts, building a map of suppliers utilised in different areas for the same service which has been used to leverage better agreemets and lower costs - Before Prevalent the use of suppliers was siloed and not visable to all and in some cases invisable to all but the project and procurement. Now firmly embedded into our onboarding process, the use of prevalent is our repository of suppliers poast & present.
The risk registers generated are used in key reporting, remediation is a team effort accross SME areas all coordinated in a single space which has removed duplication of work, as well as reduced the multiple spreadsheet issued to suppliers for onboarding and compliance.

Prevalent: Your Go-To GRC Tool for Effortless Risk and Compliance Management
What do you like best about the product?
Prevalent is a standout tool that's perfect for teams hoping to evolve their GRC and cybersecurity posture. We have excellent working relationships with the implementation and operations staff, who worked with us diligently to implement the tool in a manner that served our organization's needs.
We extensively use their framework surveys and risk register functionality, which has helped us stay aligned with regulations. It's extremely scalable and customizable, and the team is always there to help when we needed something tailor-made for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced report filtering cannot be saved, since it relies on an AWS analytics platform that lacks that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We extensively use their framework surveys and risk register functionality, which has helped us stay aligned with regulations. It has helped us stay on top of corporate risk, and assisted us with our effort to become complaint with a particular cybersecurity compliance framework.

The service and support were really what won us over. They were very helpful in getting us up to speed and keeping in touch with new recommendations.

The user interface was good but that is where we did see some room for improvement. It could be more intuitive.

I have no dislikes. There are a couple of convenience features that could be added, but they take criticism very well and make suggestions to their team for improvements.

I have a much better understanding of vendor's security measures, and can better assess risks present in certain relationships.

Prevalent have been a pleasure to work with form the moment we engaged them. The tech has delivered exactly what was promised and is very simple to use. We have all of our third parties out of Excel and into a system providing MI to the team and business. Using entities allows us to map our service ecosystem to a granular level including data mapping for GDPR. The digital risk register and exports allows us to quickly navigate what's important, focus in the right areas and report to the exec.

Being a SaaS product, what we want as the next feature may not be coming until much further down the roadmap.

We have reduced our operating costs especially on 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers. It's brought a level of consistency across all third parties and enables us to react and respond to industry threats rapidly. We understand our Supply Chain in great detail which simply wasn't possible before using the platform.

If you are serious about managing your supply chain effectively and not treating it as a tick boxing activity, then I suggest really implementing the tool properly to get the best out of it
