What do you dislike about the product?
Standard reporting is good for overviews. The advanced reporting focuses very much (still very useful) on the final output... risks, remediation planning, threats and user activity. We find very little reporting supports analysis of progress of gathering information - as an example we have to export schedule reports to excel to analyse some aspects of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinated view of supplier use accross multiple client accounts, building a map of suppliers utilised in different areas for the same service which has been used to leverage better agreemets and lower costs - Before Prevalent the use of suppliers was siloed and not visable to all and in some cases invisable to all but the project and procurement. Now firmly embedded into our onboarding process, the use of prevalent is our repository of suppliers poast & present.

The risk registers generated are used in key reporting, remediation is a team effort accross SME areas all coordinated in a single space which has removed duplication of work, as well as reduced the multiple spreadsheet issued to suppliers for onboarding and compliance.
