Ortto is impressive in consolidation of marketing automation platforms and customer data, which includes unified customer profiles
The program offers visual journey of our customers, which helps us in customer analytics
Ortto is versatile in facilitating campaigns and ensuring SMS, emails and notifications are well pushed
The lead scoring is also a significant feature that Ortto provides and this ensures we have a targeted outreach

What do you dislike about the product?
Ortto is not basic in setting up and exploring its full potential, and this calls for multiple orientations and training
The program misses on some integrations, for instance, we lack major eCommerce integrations

Ortto fetch accurate customer data from emails, CRM, websites and POS and this assist us unify client’s data

Ortto is efficient in combining all CDP, with different communication and marketing automation channels for easy customer profiles
The program is detailed in visual journey management, where we capture the customer journey easily
The support that Ortto provides in terms of help is very refined and knowledgeable
The simplicity of Ortto helps us obtain suitable SMS and emailing support

The payment terms of Ortto are not specified and friendly, and they constantly change or vary

Ortto has facilitated our growing contact list of customers, where we significantly address the multiple challenges that they have
The program is largely connected with different marketing strategies and apps, helping us to convey relevant marketing messages and prepare customer profiles

Ortto: Intuitive Email Marketing with Powerful Automation and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Ortto for email marketing for over a year now and highly rate the tool. The user interface is clean and intuitive - it's easy to find what you're looking for and navigate between the different features. The journey builder is sophisticated in its capabilities yet easy to use. The customer support is excellent - quick to respond and very helpful. The team always follow up with updates on any outstanding issues or questions. We've also received performance tips from the wider Ortto team with regular reports to help us stay on top of performance and identify any issues.
Compared to the previous email marketing tool our company was using, I've been able to create much more complex automations that have increased engagement and give me a clearer view on how our campaigns are performing.
At time of writing this review, the landing page builder has just been released and that's a huge bonus. I've been using Typeform, which came at an additional cost, so having a solution in Ortto will be a cost saving. The available integrations, including Typeform, Salesforce and Meta, is one of the reasons our company chose this software. Implementing these integrations hasn't always been smooth, but that seems to be an issue with the capabilities and reliability of those tools, rather than Ortto.
So overall, I'm a huge fan and would recommend the software to others.

Honestly, I can't think of anything. Even when things haven't worked how I thought they would or if there have been bugs, the team have always been so responsive and actioned fixes as quickly as possible that it's hard to find fault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto solves the problem of managing customer communication at scale when you also need to rely on personalisation for more effective messaging. It's benefitting us by enabling us to do that while pulling in data from different sources.

It's a perfect combination of a system that is extremely powerful but also very intuitive and easy to use.
It works extremely well with Salesforce.
The support team is very knowledgeable, responsive and proactive in helping to solve any questions or issues we have.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing I dislike. There are some features I'm keen to see added like conversational messaging, but that's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ortto has allowed us to bring all our data into one system and link salesforce with our website and event forms so that we have a clear view over supporter engagement and flows. The integrations and API has allowed us to basically achieve everything we need.

I enjoyed the 'Visual Journey' aspect of the product as well as the way it offers multiple avenues to reach patients— text, in-app, and email!

The price point isn't ideal for a business our size.

The variety of ways that are offered to reach our patients is very beneficial. It's a nicely customizable product to tailor to certain patient demographics/behaviors. It's helped when promoting whitening specials or Invisalign events.
The new autopilot now combines customer data, automation, and reporting in1 interface.

The pricing feels quite steep, and there are some limitations when it comes to reporting. Additionally, the support could be improved, as it is not the best.
