It's not as robust as I'd like it to be, the integrations aren't full-proof, and it should have more options for email marketing

ortto is good but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of using ortto was the marketing automation aspect. Especially they make it easy to use with various no code customer journeys. It was easy to setup with various if, else strategy across the customer journey
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing was a bit on the upside compared to peers, especially with the limitation with customer journeys. I felt lot of ease of use with mail chimp especially with pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing automation and mail template creation. We are a B2B brand and ortto helps to reduce time to create templated emails and create campaigns quickly. Yes business performance did increase.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Ortto is the lead qualification and scoring that allows us to concentrate on the best leads and create more targeted campaigns that bring us results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, to be honest, I really like all the features and functionalities of the tool. It helps me a lot and provides me with all the solutions I could ask for sales and marketing and I am very happy using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing campaigns, lead qualification, CRM management and optimization, and also pop-up building. It offers a variety of tools and features and everything is straightforward to easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a bit new to the platform and whenever I have questions, the service team is ready to help, no matter how silly my question might be, they're always very friendly, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish we could change is that it'd be great if attribution could be retroactively updated for prior 'conversions' (say, if I wanted to change the attribution parameters)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to send journeys for our members whilst creating a visual and easy-to-understand map that helps us visualize and send the correct emails to the correct audience.
Clunky Autopilot Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
There are many new features and uses in the full Ortto app beyond what we were using (just Autopilot).
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard for Autopilot is now super clunky and a poor solution (just hiding under Ortto menu options).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to make different journeys for our customers and candidates, getting valuable feedback we can use later on.
Pretty easy to use and seamless!

The customizable designs and the ortto journeys that you can create. Very easy and clean to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of templates and options for designs. I have noticed there has been more added since starting to use ortto, so that's nice to see!

We didn't have an email platform originally. Ortto has allowed us to join the email game and customize our own emails for our users/clients.

I like Ortto because it feels like it's actually built for marketers—it's easy to build lifecycle marketing and campaigns triggered by user actions, the reporting feels robust, and the UI is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing off the top of my head! It's intuitive and pretty easy to learn. I can't speak to the analytics setup or original onboarding process, but as an end user it's great.

Ortto is helping with our customer marketing—it helps us market to customers at relevant touchpoints with us like activations and conversions.
