What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to understand what you have to do and when. The journeys are my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The on boarding is quite tough. But they help you through it and give great assistance as you get stuck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no longer pay for multiple systems. We use Autopilot with Pipedrive and we no longer use a separate email marketing product.

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot email marketing software is best one to promote business using email campaign. We are based on Autopilot email marketing software to design and develop email campaigns. Autopilot email marketing software easy to sign up with Gmail account and provide 30 day free trail for user to test for email marketing. One good thing we found that we can buy yearly plan if we do not want to pay on every month. In Autopilot drag and drop options available for user to create business template and deliver to multiple customer. All templates are responsive and design pattern easy to use for multiple campaign. Autopilot is best way to generate business leads online and connect with new customers easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have used Autopilot for our business and found very helpful for our business sales. It have lots of advance security and packages prices are not too much high to setup business online,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot is best way to interact with old and new customer by email services. We can send emails for our old customer to show our landscaping design because many times customer wants to modification in their house. Autopilot easily integrate with Facebook, salesforce, Google AdWords and many other software. We can easily manage business leads with the help of Autopilot for our business. We can send unlimited emails to our customers to boost business sales and we can easily customize our email campaign. Autopilot is very useful to track data of business website and provide data of users who have interest in your services.

We recommend Autopilot for your business because it is best software for email marketing services. We can create email template easily and send unlimited emails to customers.

Great Automation Platform With A Great Price

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the user interface for this platform. It is easy to navigate and understand. With a simple drag and drop methodology you can build campaign workflows with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish this had a CRM tool that was built into it. That being said it does integrate with 3rd party CRM tools pretty easily. Also, I wish I could access the HTML in the emails. currently it is just a drag and drop interface for the email builder but I would like to be able to get pretty custom with the emails or change some of the settings that are not available in the editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using a different automation platform for the past 5 years that is pretty robust but does not connect with a database and the user interface is not good. Everything is manually created and logic built so it takes a ton of time. Autopilot has a lot of functionality right out of the box. If you want to get more technical you can.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I did a 30 day trial completely expecting to find all of its flaws. During those 30 days there were a couple of bugs that I found but the support was very helpful and were able to fix the issues quickly and now everything works great. These guys are great and I would suggest just to go for it. You don't have to sign any contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
- Flow automation and tracking. The visual flow builder does exactly what it says on the box and lived up to my expectations.
- Also the support team have been very friendly and responsive. I've contacted them a couple of time... one for a new feature and another for a concept I didn't quite understand at the beginning.... but now makes all the sense in the world
- I like the HeadsUp concept, but we haven't yet implemented it. we'll be doing this shortly inside our web-app and then later on our website.
- Annotations for flows- to start with, I thought this was a bit of a gimmick, but I've actually made quite a bit of use...and it's been very helpful to ensure the whole flow makes sense to others in the team.
- Ability to collaborate on flow's and emails - this was the primary reason to sign up as it allows our team to manage all this without a developer getting involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Email builder is not quite there yet, but I believe it is being improved at the moment. It works, it's just a little clunky. One thing in particular is that when you paste in any text, it changes the font and font-size.
- The JS Form reader didn't work for our situation... but it is a custom form with some peculiar requirements. We ended up doing form submissions via the API, which probably gives us a bit more control anyway.
- Integration with HubSpot is great, but I'd like to see a few more actions available (also the mapping with un-subscription settings could be easier)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved:
- Management of the entire flow and email text by our staff rather than developers
- Complex customer on-boarding workflow along with some internal automation.
- We are also about to add the 'HeadsUp' tool to our application

Benefits:
- Our on-boarding flow can now be managed without resorting to developers.
- Our new users get a much better experience of our application and we can look after them better.
- We get full visibility of where our customers are at in the on-boarding process
- Documentation of our processes using the Annotations feature in workflows

Give it a go... have a goal in mind, and make the most of the support team to get you up and running quickly

What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is the best segmentation, lead management product and it has all the necessary features with easy access.
The platform helps on marketing research, and excellent for multiple campaigns management and i have to mention the smooth integration with other platforms like Google Ads among others.
It has a big number of emails templates which provides the user the ability to easily tracking of the embedded links of different customers.
Easy creating any journey for like any task, and also very useful on marketing Automation and for email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issue regarding the platform functionalities and the easy of usage because Autopilot is very simple to use.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a user interface that is easy and simple to use, which greatly simplifies its use.
The customer support service is great, the fact that I can communicate via online chat with them and immediately solve any problem that may arise while using their system is simply great.
It allows integrations with other social platforms that promote better management of data of interest to our business, which translates into achieving better management of advertising by properly segmenting our target audience.
The templates it has are very intuitive and easy to use, which allows you to learn more about how to use this platform. In addition, it allows the creation of more creative and personalized email marketing and digital marketing campaigns, which is a huge visual attraction when trying to attract new customers.
It allows the management of a collaborative work, which is very important since we can maintain adequate communication with those responsible for the marketing team and work together to create advertising campaigns.
The emails created are responsive, allowing full adaptation to the different devices that the user can manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prices tend to be a little expensive compared to other similar softwares, which can backfire for businesses that are just starting out and do not have the necessary capital to bear this cost.
It has few integrations with other marketing automation softwares, which is a shame since by allowing more integrations the system would be quite complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this software for the creation of valuable content in our digital marketing advertising campaigns, given that it seemed to us that it provided all the necessary attributes for the creation of unpublished content for it, a function that it fulfilled with total responsibility. In general, the system fulfills what was promised and ultimately I have no complaints about it.
