Lean marketing automation platform with a great design
What do you like best about the product?

-Large number of native integrations
-Freedom to create own fields, flexibility with filters, triggers (including customized API calls)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Proactive headsup function is really good, but it would be great to also have the option to also add a popup message (like a message box with a CTA) --> with same rules for segmentation
- It would be nice to have some form of native data enrichment solution or direct integration with tools like leadfeeder or similar to create a lead score based on demographics. It's possible to determine a lead score based on behavior (open rate, clicks, page visited...) but you need to add demographic data manually to create a lead score based on targeting (or derive data from CRM). Sometimes leads just opt-in with name and email. Workaround: form integration with clearbit or similar tools (via Zapier). It works okay for us.

We use Autopilot to automate the content funnel, lead nurturing (after gated content/webinar or to keep in touch with "not now" prospects...) and to manage email communications to all our contacts in the CRM.
Also useful for customer success and product to automate onboarding email sequence and trigger tailored emails based on specific behavior. Lead collection through headsup message on the site.
Scoring leads also helps us prioritize prospects and automatically send notifications via email or chat to sales reps.

An excellent marketing automation suite
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot includes marketing automation, contact list management, email marketing, and other excellent features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. It's been working great for the past few months that I've been using it. I think it will also get better as they integrate with more and more tools.

We created unique journeys that cater to our different customer groups and we manage contact lists and email campaigns through Autopilot.
Love the Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The visualization makes it so easy to view the marketing funnel as a whole, which is helpful.

Not the biggest fan of the pricing structure.

its integration with google is excellent, its functionality has little to improve and it is very intuitive when using the tools

It is difficult to find support or tutorials online, which forces you to resort to customer service every time, what the page is in English is limiting for users who do not have the language, the packages offer the same

it is used to send emails to clients, with information on promotions, schedule changes due to quarantine. Make mailing clients and prospects a lot easier, manage your contact list and organize them by category.
Great automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
The journey canvas is easy to start with, but once you start you can see how powerful it really can be - got some pretty big journeys going now. The integrations are pretty tight and the support is fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder could be better - would like the ability to render out mobile and desktop separately, but they are pushing updates out often so it's good to see it evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an automation platform that could leverage multiple sources of user data to influence the communications we're sending out and it does that really well.

So easy to use + amazing customer service. It has such robust capabilities for things I hadn't even thought to be doing.

The email editor has a few snags but not a big deal.

Autopilot has increased the efficiency of my follow up process in my insurance agency. Using automation we have less follow up and double data entry. Great system

One of the things that made us choose autopilot above the rest is that it is very intuitive and easy to use compared to others that are very complicated to use and automating autopilot is easy to use by any marketing team with any level of knowledge. what makes the end result always professional

The only problem that We have found in autopilot is the limitation that they have in terms of design since it does not let the customization be great it tends to be generic and that is fine for beginners but if you already have time and know what you really want it is difficult to reach that final result should give more freedom in design

We in the company use autopilot to capture potential clients through marketing strategies and we also send our information through different platforms Facebook Whatsapp etc., in addition to having absolute control and in turn generating more sales and promotion.
