Very user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is an user-friendly program that is built to create a constant and visual workflow, as well as automation. With its marketing tools, it provides good advice and tools that help me get access to insights and records, reporting and journeys across channels. Because Autopilot offers a ready-to-start-working platform that is filled with amazing visuals, it’s easy to organize and build data as I work. The segments are easy to use, and scheduling and being able to send multiple numbers of newsletters is outstanding. creating campaigns is just so easy and intuitive, and offers invoicing tools that are easy to use as well as receiving payments and collecting the receipts in a database. I absolutely love how it’s reliable when it comes to keeping records of everything starting from day one, from business-related stuff to reports and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing more integrations be included in the software would be really good and beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot is a solution that brings the best out of marketing programs. It’s easy to create journeys for every project and contact any seller or collaborator. It has a fancy touch so we are able to keep things professional *while* looking professional, and its UI is very refreshing and includes amazing marketing tools that are always easy to learn and integrate to my projects. It’s helpful to keep track of customers and regain confidence in what we do, as well as improve more in the future with the feedback we receive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I find good about Autopilot is that is not as expensive as other solutions, which could totally be good for both small and big organizations.
User for two years now
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexible.
It has a lot of functions that suit my intentions for every client.
When I started I used to have a lot of questions and there weren't a lot of support agents available.
That changed since then.

What do you dislike about the product?
It has it's design limitations.
What I design on Autopilot doesn't translate 100% on Outlook and on devices.
Extra line spaces are also added to the emails when copy-pasting directly from a word file. The support team hasn't come up with a solution yet.

8/10 Autopilot Review
What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple to use and not as expensive as some of their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can get be a little slow sometimes, also the user tracking could use some improvement as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way to reduce the workload off our shoulders
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A great platform if you are looking for a way to reduce your workload.
Pretty good tool but could be better
What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of this extension was absolutely necessary in running the particular business that I work for. Having several lists and having the capacity for automation saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I particularly dislike and that everyone else in the office hates as well is the slowness of this server, however this could be due to the fact that autopilot was never built to handle such a capacity as ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have organizational problems to solve, the benefits we receive are the ability to automate functions.
Fantastic automation platform for penny pinchers
What do you like best about the product?
If your company is not ready for a large scale marketing tool like Pardot but instead want to layer together some various tools, Autopilot sits at the center of the stack. I used in combination with Instapage, Google Sheets, Zendesk Sell, and Mailchimp.
What do you dislike about the product?
You're somewhat limited by the existing integrations unless you can code your own API triggers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing stack without Pardot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you use Autopilot, be sure to thoroughly test your campaigns. It's a very advanced tool that uses what I would call "visual programming" to accomplish your marketing tasks / campaigns. It's somewhat easy to mess up and send a user into a loop with too many emails or emails that don't make sense. However, if you set it up correctly, it works great.
Glitchy but good
What do you like best about the product?
I love AutoPilot when it works. However, there are frequent bugs that have to be addressed and I feel like we talk to support a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bugs. Always being moved to a new session, constant refreshing. It can be very laggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a database to handle 20,000 contacts and it has been overall helpful with that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other than glitches, it offers a lot.
autopilot works but still more to be desired
What do you like best about the product?
autopilot does work and does a good job at the basic tasks with being able to set up a campaign of contacts and en masse contact them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
we've since learned that the autopilot servers may be marked as spam and some emails are not reaching the clients as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
being able to easily manage a marketing campaign and quickly reach out to a number of prospects quickly and efficiently
Recommendations to others considering the product:
autopilot is a great resources that you should definitely to run a marketing campaign. it makes it handy and allows you to centrally manage your users and messaging. give it a try and see what you think
Review for Autopilot software
What do you like best about the product?
This software is has good GUI and easy usability
What do you dislike about the product?
Overheads with different interfaces and their limitations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation
Great tool but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's a great tool for automation and is very easy to use. Its simple design makes it very easy to get a hang of and the customer support is pretty efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires some basic design changes. The email templates aren't easily accessible and the journey's analytics don't provide a deeper dive to track individual data which is annoying because you have to download Excel spreadsheets for that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Autopilot to set up email journeys for my prospective clients
Good software, wish it had a few more bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
I like the drag and drop feature when creating journeys. I think it's easy to follow and has good connections. The notes feature also provides a really cool collaborative feel to journeys. You can see others inside your journey and can even leave notes and comments. I think this is a stand out feature. I also like that there is a log of events that are happening in real time, so you can see everything that is happening within a user record.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not great in AutoPilot. I wish i was able to dive in a little deeper within the platform, but its bare at best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed an ESP that can can integrate with our stack as well as make it easy to deploy messaging when we need. We needed to get sophisticated in some of our journeys with decision points and dependencies on behavioral information in real time. AutoPilot filled that gap for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall its a pretty good software and can do a lot. Hopefully they continue to iterate on the product.
