Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build our campaigns and also to configure the data to our customized fields in Salesforce. The customer service is also top notch if you are having any issues or have a question and want to walk through it with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not run into any downsides yet with Ortto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us create tailored journeys for our customers that result in revenue driven results.
Comprehensive and top-tier marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
For me it´s a perfect balance of price and quality. Covers the core necesities for eficient marketing automations campaigns and support team is great. I have been using it since 2020, when it was Autopilot, so still in love.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Waiting for reporting features to be more flexible and potential for data analysis. Right now it´s quite limited.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives oportunities to increase the potential of email marketing campaign with full marketing automation journeys that includes Google/Facebook traffic adquisition and other tools.
Great features and have seen some great benefits to our business
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very simple to use even though some of the features are quite advanced. We have recently implemented Ortto and I've found their live chat feature incredibly helpful, their customer support team are very responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is more expensive than others we have looked at and some features that are standard with others are not with Ortto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capture customer data that would have been otherwise lost. Ability to simplify customer interactions for a high volume ecomerce customer.

Its very easy to track users behavior and trigger engagement comms from Ortto. The integration is very smoth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The users data visualisation is limited.

Effectively tracking users behavior, automating marketing comms and analysing data.

What do you like best about the product?
Orrto has been great for us to intergreate SMS and email campaigns. Its easy to use and works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a small charity, the cost is high. It wasnt as straight forward to intergrate with our Salesforce as I would have liked. took longer than i had hoped to get right ,Not having an account manager or someone to help onboard didnt help. .

I enjoy the Ortto platform.

How easy it is to customise templates to look how you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times, there are very annoying formatting errors in outlook.

The best part is the amount of functionality they have for different circumstances and support for any issues.

No real downsides other then form intergrations such as no conditonal form support.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is fantastic, highly responsive and helpful. I think the product in general balances depth and user friendly features well

I wish I had a better system for seing all of my active campaigns, even if filed into separate folders

Being able to target and personalize campaigns and then track metrics

Easy drag and drop templates and design with simple (yet beautiful) design.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a lot of trial and errors when it came to srtting up custom IPs

Great platform and amazing customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and has all the functions needed to create email campaign for our company. Customer support was super helpful and responded withing a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only improvement could be to add a function to be able to include someone in the CC for links to send an email. (So in an email campaign, there is a button that direct the custoemr to write an email, now it is possible to add someone as a recipient, but not in CC).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating email campaigns that are sent out to filtered audience automatically, no longer need to do it manually.
