Super Efficient Platform for Deficient Newbies
What do you like best about the product?
The software is already great and easy to use, but the easy integration with even more software makes for a seamless marketing process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the necessary steps to get something to work are not apparent and takes a bit of time, or customer support, to get running.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a small operation responsible for reaching a substantial amount of people. Autopilot has allowed us to keep in contact with our customers with applicable and personable messages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I don't have any marketing experience by education, but was thrown into a role to select tools that would help us replace a dissolved customer service team. Autopilot was great with providing support to get me started and once I learned the basics, building upon that knowledge was simple.
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It automates and times the delivery of our best marketing materials
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. Maybe it could be easier to use and figure out and new sequence or messages. I'm not sure if that's possible though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and education
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Set up a series of educational messages for your contact lists
Lovely experience
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is the best in its own league - it has all customization features that you could dream about. It also comes with the ability to integrate with a lot of other Saas services. This is what I call awesomeness!
What do you dislike about the product?
After one year with this app, I found only one thing that makes me mad - preview is much different than the real email. But it can be solved with HTML templates!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autopilot makes email marketing and customer's journey easy and understandable for non-technical people. It's just simple as that.
Perfect for creating customer journeys
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many triggers, conditions, and actions are available. I can make it do exactly what I need to accomplish and track the whole process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of flexibility within the contact management side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have transparency on how leads are interacting with my website and emails. I am able to accurately report my website conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's really a great product to create customer journeys and has a lot of conditions, triggers, and actions.
Great once you get the hang of it
What do you like best about the product?
I can setup email campaigns for targeting and see all the metrics in one spot - hit them with as many emails as I want, there is a lot of integration capabilities such as connecting to my facebook audience as soon as they open an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit finnicky - sometimes I'll accidentally hit "publish" and then it re-publishes an email journey are already have live, and I'm not sure if they're getting sent it again or if it did nothing. I also don't know if they all go out, I like to add myself to my email journeys and don't always receive anything - if I don't get it, how do I know my intended audience is?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email marketing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Send tester emails out before you submit the main one. You must be confident when you're hitting a lot of people with a message!
BAD for Marketing Agencies - Horrible Customer Service - Refuses to Even Hear Customer Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
AP has some good basic functionality and framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
AP does not offer anything aside from 5 basic colors that may or may not (read: won't 99% of the time) fit the brand you are working with. Being able to seamlessly integrate AP is impossible from a branding perspective.
When I tried to address this with someone at AP, my only option was to go post on a forum. No response, no feedback regarding the request — just go post on the forum, hope for the best and leave them alone.
The features requested would take a basic dev less than a day to execute.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Although AP has a lot of functionality I need, it is worthless to me if I have to ruin the UX and brand on the site to implement.
I am currently looking for other options since apparently AP does not want the business of my Marketiing agency and the 100 clients that comes with it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go find something else unless you have a subpar website in which case it won't matter.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
Extremely difficult set up and the customer support isn't the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Powerful tool that can meet your email automation needs
Email and SMS Marketing with Autopilot
What do you like best about the product?
AutoPilot is easy to use and got the responses we wanted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Autopilot is outside of my companies budget for SMS and email messaging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending email and sms messages to prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give Autopilot a try. The customer support team is helpful and honest. If it is not a good fit they will not try to push it on you.
Great Tool, even better Team!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to run internal CRM automation along with marketing automation
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Looking forward to the new releases,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multi-channel marketing campaigns with lots of customer segments. Ability to fine tune campaigns for performance and segmentation

Very flexible automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Autopilot is very easy and pleasant to use. The colorful interface and the drag and drop functionality are inviting and engaging. Autopilot's native + API integrations allow for maximum flexibility and the journey guides provide users with plenty of examples for inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes set up can be a bit tricky. You really need to be careful how you organize your journeys. Specific rules in a journey can sometimes affect another journey. You need to put in place all possible mechanisms to avoid unwanted actions. Double-checking every single rule or automation step is mandatory! Autopilot doesn't offer a form building tool and to trigger journeys with forms you need to either implement specific form builders which are compatible or work with their API key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Autoplitot can be used for email/text message automation, on-site communication, advertising, lead scoring (indirectly), CRM, drip campaigns, outreach, onboarding, and generally to easily interconnect and automate different stages of the customer journey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Experiment a lot and check what others are doing for inspiration!
