Influencer Database that is clear and concise
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I like Klear because it provides necessary information on specific influencers to ensure they align with our campaigns and vetting process criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when searching for influencers on Klear; it doesn't provide new influences, and it keeps showing the same ones over and over again. I'd like for the searches to find new influencers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is helping us gather useful information, such as engagement rates, and audience location breakdown for each influencer which some clients request for specific campaigns.

The reporting tool for campaigns is awesome! We're able to report on a lot for our clients.

Searching influencers in different states with detailed filters needs improvement.

Meltwater makes sending press releases a breeze. And managing the various press contacts lists is easy and simple.

What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward to use and user-friendly. The support team is efficient and helpful. Reporting is easy to build and share to clients directly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be grat to be able to learn more about what people are saying across more social platforms, not just Twitter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening when determining when or how to speak to certain events or holidays. Understanding brand share of voice against competitors has been very helpful as well.
Helpful Influencer Marketing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature of Klear is the "Demographics" section of influencers' profiles. With information on followers' age ranges, gender, top countries and cities, it really helps to pinpoint the exact demographic you're looking to engage.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be improved about Klear is the "Influencer Discovery" function, specifically as it pertains to the Social Stats > Followers toggle. Sometimes when you narrow the search to a specific following range, it will still show influencers with follower counts outside of the selected range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is solving the issue of Instagram not providing enough analytics and statistics on its creators. While influencers can provide their own media kits, Klear provides an unfiltered and unbiased overview of potential collaborators.
A great source for discovering influencers to collaborate with all in one place.
What do you like best about the product?
Having a full database of influencers all available in one place... This makes it much easier than finding one-by-one on Instagram, Tik Tok, or other social media site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still new to the Klear platform, so haven't had a chance to find too many bugs. The service and support when questions are raised has been great from Meltwater and I look forward to working more with the platform in 2023.

Klear has been helpful in vetting and reviewing influencer collab opportunities. Seeing more than vanity metrics and seeing a fair price for collab posts is very helpful in the negotiating stage.

Done like the way engagement rate is calculated as I only benchmark our cvg eng rate against other paid content from that influencer

Klear is a good platform overall

Klear is easy to use, good discovery options overall, great campaign reporting and insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't pull posts from TikTok effectively so I manually add them; the engagement rate from posts added manually isn't calculated, and filter issues when trying to add posts to campaigns.

Klear changed our life
What do you like best about the product?
It was so easy to use and we were able to track down the best influencers for our campaigns. The interface was seamless and the results were outstanding. I think it made us better and smarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
We kept receiving calls from meltwater to try Klear and we would tell them we have an account, we're using it, we're happy but they kept calling different members of our team.

Klear saves time and we all know time is money. It made us smarter as the quality of people was outstanding and we were able to secure them in less time and had the analytics to back it up.
