What do you like best about the product?
I love all the stats features and how easy is to find influencers profiles, and be able to check their numbers. The campaign tag is very usefull too for our work
What do you dislike about the product?
Some profiles doesn´t have all the stats, sometimes that can be an issue when we present the profiles for a campaing to our clients. The filters on the search can be better too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to see the influencers numbers ando how well they perform in each platform, that information is very valuable for our bussines and for the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Discovering new athletes, influencers and personalities through the discovery tool. Find one athlete in a market and it'll show you similar people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to put an influencer in a campaign in order to run a report for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to see a snapshot of what our partners are doing on behalf of our brand, which cuts down on the time I have to dig for the info.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the database is to use, provides all the data we need and make ou jobs easier and quicker when researching and reporting on influencer campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes feel like it doesn't show up all the influencers when we do a search and then we miss out on great influencers, i often find their stats can sometimes be wrong as well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
researching influencers in hard location outside the UK, reporting on our campaigns and showing stats to our clients when they are requesting info on specific influencers or celebs

What do you like best about the product?
Klear was a definite benefit to our business. The platform is easy to use, provides concise information, insights and an all-in-one place to monitor campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit pricey, but more reasonable than other platforms that we considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear helps us to view our campaign insight all in one place, track sales, view content and measure our success.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign section is great as well as the ability to see our influencer coverage and what has the highest engagement. When triling with competitor software we haven't always been able to track IG stories so the auto-calculation feature Klear has is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish IG stories would be tracked automatically without having to have an influencer verify themselves with the platform as we often run a lot of gifted campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking and reporting on influencers. It also helps us to find new influencers who may or may not be mentioning us that we may want to work with in the future. It is also a useful way to vet influencers before we work with them and check they are brand appropriate.

What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate the amount of support that is available to optimize user experience and accelerate learning how to use the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the algorithm for reports pulls the most accurate information but not the most useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to really analyze our communications efforts and measure their impact and return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?
The part of Meltwater that I use most is the "Search" function. We add keywords into different searches to simplify our earned media tracking. If we know a journalist will be publishing something, we add their name and the publication into the search. Then when the article is published it automatically pulls into our search feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Per my explanation above about the search function of Meltwater, it seems to only pull in about 75% of our earned media. We still have to set follow up actions for tracking articles, and double check that Meltwater pulled them in. It also doesn't track print media.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking earned media, identifying journalist, a dashboard that displays our earned media article performance in clear and easy graphs. A place to track and have a record of past articles.

Meltwater Has Changed My Workday

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been incredibly helpful in finding key outlets and generating media lists for campaigns and releases. They keep the website easy to use and simple, allowing my team to research and contact the right people. They are fairly good at keeping the page updated, as individuals change outlets very often in this industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater should make it easier to find outlets and editors based on their column or focus, for example sports editors. While I'm certain they have some capacity to do so, there must be a way to simplify this step and make it easier to generate these names and outlets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to find contacts, their information, relevant outlets and valuable information such as UVM and circulation. This saves a lot of time on my end and allows our team to stay organized and updated.

What do you like best about the product?
Connecting with influencers digitally and handling contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, prospecting can be difficult. It works best for national campaigns instead of local ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Takes a lot of time out of influencer campaigns. No need to desk research and scroll endlessly to find a prospect.

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using KLEAR for a year now (we just renewed our license) as it offers both social media analytics and social media listening to our roster of celebrities in the organization. It makes our brand sponsorship a little extra now that we can just toggle campaign reports in one click.. automatically!! It gives us clearer direction and how we can use the data to pitch our artist on a more profound perspective to the advertisers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Philippines is a mobile-first-centric country, and we want our work to be accessible anywhere we want, so maybe a mobile application to handle information in real-time is necessary? It is an excellent communication channel between us and our end users or clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It gives us a CLEAR view of the artists' data in one look
2. It helps us track artists' mentions all throughout their accounts to grasp the sentiments of their fans
3. It builds more credibility for the company to acquire KLEAR as a tool when presenting to the advertisers
4. The platform is aligned with the social media protocols in terms of gathering data
