Been a user and a fan for over 4 years
What do you like best about the product?
Klear has a great interface, simple insights and good customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a tendency to be glitchy and some of the updates havnt kept up with what competitors are offering e.g. TikTok audience insights, or IG Story tracking without permissions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear has primarily helped us Identify and analyse influencers for our campaigns. Occasionally it helps us measure.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it empowers its users with the convenience it provides via its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there would be a greater amount of influencer per search
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me consolidate and come up with an objective report that client finds very helpful. It also impresses them.

A great platform for influencer management
What do you like best about the product?
I've worked in social media management for three years, and Klear is an excellent tool for anyone planning or managing large-scale campaigns. I like that it is easy to get critical insights such as demographic, location, age groups, brand affinity and engagement rates across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they can improve their Klear Connect feature, as most influencers I work with prefer not to sign up to Klear and authenticate their business account due to privacy issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a social media marketer in an agency, Klear is helping to solve the tedious task of manually searching for the right KOL to work with and compiling all their stats to send to the client for approval. I can easily set up campaigns and download all the data I need into a PDF for reporting, which saves so much time!
Influencer Marketing Must-Have
What do you like best about the product?
Klear is great for influencer vetting and campaign reporting. Being able to cut down on time spent manually reporting metrics is huge!
What do you dislike about the product?
Klear should offer editable reporting on-platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear is solving being able to see the demographics of an influencer's audience.
Platform with Very Basic Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that your documents are editable when you are trying to download a report to analyze statistics from a campaign. Great feature and something I haven't seen a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's search engine is incredibly basic. You can only search by the most basic filters, and even then, the platform will show you inaccurate results. For example, when you search based on a certain follower count, it pulls an inaccurate number, fails to get the city correct, shows people outside of your parameters, and is inaccurate on age. I don't trust a lot of the stats that this platform produces. I always assume it's wrong since they barely get it right. You should be able to search by follower count; that is such a basic. I wish the features were more accurate, I don't trust a lot of the stats that are produced by Klear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping me gather data on the influencers our team is hiring for a campaign. I download reports, edit them, consolidate the data, and execute on our need for influencers. I also search for other users on the platform to gain access to their data for reporting and audit purposes.
Easy to use, valuable platform
What do you like best about the product?
Klear makes it easy to find relevant influencers, research them and execute outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with any new platform, I had to get used to navigating it but the tutorials were very helpful.

Providing an easy way to curate influencer media lists.

What do you like best about the product?
Klear is extremely easy to use, the certification courses were extremely helpful for me. The skills and information I learned were beneficial, and made me feel more prepared for working with klear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes, and did not find any downside to using Klear. So far everything has been exceeding my expectations. I look forward to seeing what is done in the future.

Being able to learn, the use and benefits of Klear has been extremely beneficial for me. The unique features it offers, and the increase in business performance that it will be able to give me is unmatched.

What do you like best about the product?
Helpful for evaluating creators that we have not worked with previously. It can be hard to access 1st party data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unclear exactly what the Klear Global Score takes into account.
