What do you like best about the product?
the design and presentation of the results which are very clear
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to set up queries on very specific topics so that listening is relevant. There is a need for more training to help us set up certain queries.Moreover, it is complicated to exclude unrelated entries. The only way found to date is to do it by hand. This can be very time consuming. Another negative point is that I haven't found a way to modify the tones. Some are indicated as negative when they are not, which changes a lot the listening and the results. Especially in the case of a proven bad buzz that does not show up in the listening.It also lacks the possibility to customise the reports by choosing what you want to highlight
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to assess the impact of bad buzz for several clients and to reframe ongoing campaigns

What do you like best about the product?
The holistic approach of the platform, allowing me to monitor, post, and engage all in one place! The reporting capabilities and sharable dashbaords have been a great tool to use when communicating our current performance or programs with the larger team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many items on the roadmap and the platform is continously evolving. I'm hoping the publish feature will soon be compatible with uploading carousel posts to instagram.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to monitor social mentions and specific programs, providing updates to the in real time along with many engagment opporunities to joing the conversation.

Leverage both your account manager and Meltwateer accadamy - they are great tools!
Radarly is extremely useful on a daily basis for live listening on a brand or a sector.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of execution, the practicality of the report, the intuitive ergonomics.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the tool, in terms of time, and in the networks studied (not TikTok, not stories...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Observe the media noise of a brand, an event, or a specific campaign. Detect any potential bad buzz to defuse. Identify natural ambassadors.

Training is essential and then you must practice as early and as often as possible to master the tool.
A platform that meets the need for listening and a responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
We have been users of the platform since 2017 and we are generally satisfied. The handling of Radarly is easy and the data visualization is efficient. The Help team is responsive and provides assistance when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The capture of LinkedIn content is very limited or even non-existent for content in so-called "exotic" languages, particularly Arabic. As for Facebook content, it often happens that posts (public content) are not captured. Another issue is the noise generated when launching a search.

- The different monitoring and analytic options allowed for a wide tracking of various topics.
- The interface was easy to use and fairly intuitive
- The option to send scheduled tracked news to individuals through emails and MS Teams is a great feature

What do you dislike about the product?
- A certain degree of boolean knowledge required to do the searches effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us keep track of news / social mentions of our company, our events, our clients and the brands that we work with and hopefully will allow us to address negative press in a timely manner. The dashboards and monitoring searches have saved us time since all (or at least most news) can be found within one dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great platform for businesses who are lean and require maximum efficiency and effectiveness when tracking and monitoring PR and social activities on a regular basis.

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater provided clear explanations with examples that made it easy to understand the course. The course was relevant and up to date to what is currently happening in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The course was short and not interactive. I would have liked to work on a project and/or communicate with other students who were also taking the course at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Influencer marketing is something not taught in school. This course allowed me to further my education and learn something new that I wouldn't have already had access to.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the design of Meltwater is pretty user-friendly and somewhat intuitive. The data we can pull is extremely useful and I regularly use the tool for developing key insights/learnings that form the foundation of our client strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides I've found have more to do with the platforms where we pull data versus from the tool itself. For example, we leverage data from social platforms primarily and unfortunately many of them have restrictive APIs, meaning our data is primarily Twitter, Reddit etc. This is across the board though, so not an issue with Meltwater!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is giving us real data and insight to back up our recommendations to clients, as well as providing evidenced-based reasoning for pushing back on any sound ideas from their end. It helps us make smarter, more efficient and effective campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a no-brainer - you need to have a data tool in almost any business and Meltwater is the best I've used.
It is a simple and intuitive tool, with great power in terms of social research.

What do you like best about the product?
Having everything in one place, reporters, news releases and analytics, also being able to post on social media and having someone review and leave comments for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile application, it is very hard to use and it rarely works properly which only makes my work harder and consumes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time, being able to schedule posts and someone else reviews it. Also finding reporters and creating media lists to send out media advisories to a specific group of people.
