Meltwater is a tool that had solved many requirements in my work. Is easy to use and very powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
Thats is very easy to use, it is very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't use the same user simulteanosly

Digital visibility,to know exactly what users are talking about certain topics.

Maybe have users that can be share with two or three more people, like a kind of package or combo

Quick response times in the help team. Program is simple to use

I can understand issues in depth but also keep an eye out for any spikes in conversation on the day to day
A useful tool for social listening and insight about brands and consumers
What do you like best about the product?
The analysis provided by the site in terms of keywords, high-frequency dates, being able to compare different searches to understand which brands are "winning on social" for a particular topic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see more social channels included beyond Twitter, but I know this is something the team is looking to build on in the future. It would also be great to be able to search posts for audience, e.g. sorted by demographic information - I know you can do this on Brandwatch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to gain insights about consumer behavior on social media about the brands I work on and make recommendations to improve post performance for my clients

Nothing found so far. Useful to keep growing the amount of sources that Meltwater can scrape.

- Often the webpage can be slow to load or show an error message, the support team are always very helpful though
- Sometimes the page refreshes itself and forgets the dates or filters you have already selected which is frustrating

This platform allows you to monitor your brand, understand the sentiment people have about it, find areas of opportunity, and highlight what you are doing well.
Good experience working with the tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is so good, it´s intuitive, and working with social listening is easy for everyone includes people without experience in data. I used other tools for this work and meltwater is one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that maybe could be better if the social listening can read the APIS from Facebook and Instagram. I know that is hard to do that but if this could be possible I can use the tool for all mi work and isn't necessary to switch with different tools to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hahaha ive been talking about this in the 2 questions before. I'm using this tool to work in social listening in different brands and this is important to create new ideas based on what people think about the product or brand.

Practicing different ways to use the tool is fantastic and you can do whatever you want.

Easy to use platform, guidance in platform is useful/quick to understand.

Sometimes sentiment a bit off but know this is common across lots of social listening tools

Clients are usually very interested in benchmarking vs competitors/also the alerts are useful for reactive/rep management

Use the set up session to align to current businesses uses, also we have had some issues with certain urls not showing coverage so make sure keeping an eye on this

The lack of Instagram data, can be frustrating when social data is limited to Twitter
