Brilliant tool and services!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very simple-to-use tool and gets me the info I need to help make an informed decision.

nothing i have found so far, there are likely more things we could be using it for.

understanding what is being said about a topic, identifying opportunites and helping make an informed business decision

What do you like best about the product?
The design of the reports is straightforward to understand and eye-catchy. Besides the software itself, Ingrid, who manages our account, is very professional and helpful, always keen on helping!
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to connect the Instagram and Facbook accounts several times per year and receiving the warning emails (disconnection) of other accounts that we do not manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very constructive to have a competitor report. More than analysing how our accounts are doing, it's very important to frame our results with other accounts.

Ingrid has been extremely accommodating and kind. She's helped the team with every question, enabling me to let them own the project without much of my assistance.

I don't personally use the product, I solely oversee the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team has been able to manage many markets all over the world through the system in an efficient manner.
Meltwater is effective for large companies, less so for smaller organizations
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is extremely powerful in terms of the range of tools it offers. Especially if you are a part of a brand that generates a lot of social discourse, Meltwater is a great way to easily access, reference, and understand that discourse.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater is really not tailored to smaller organizations. I utilized it with a small university that did not often have national news coverage, and most of the tools seemed built for much bigger organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helped me with social monitoring, in terms of being able to tap into both reach on the organization's internal accounts, and being able to gain insight on other accounts or brands that might be mentioning my organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are part of a large brand, then Meltwater is a great fit for you. This is particularly true if you operate in a field that often generates a lot of heated discourse (such as any brand or NGO that deals with social issues on a broad scale). If you are part of a start-up or smaller brand, this is likely over-powered for your needs.
Very useful social listening tool for data from China
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pull data from Weibo and WeChat proves to be especially useful, and is one of the features I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that payment is per row of data pulled is limiting, I would rather a contract where unlimited data could be pulled for a certaint price

I have been able to pull data to answer client questions and inform marketing decisions specifically on health-related matters

It is very useful for different geographic markets

The graphical interface is well done. The uX is also of quality. Tools are powerful for collecting data

It is very difficult / impossible to collect data on some platforms.

Linkfluence allows us to compare ourselves with competitors, in particular based on the ability of our brands to generate online conversations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Linkfluence is a powerful tool for monitoring a specific theme, a brand but also for managing its reputation. On the other hand, it is necessary that its brand or the theme that you want to analyze generates enough volume so that the tool can be used at 100%.Not all modules are equally relevant. Some are very useful (listening). Others have a more limited interest (analytics).
