What do you like best about the product?
Explore - Good visualization and % of capturing data is on higher end
What do you dislike about the product?
There are nothing as such, the prodcut is competitve when compared with others in the market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time alerts - it helped to identify any crisis emerging situation which can be highlighted within internal team and helped prepare strategy to face the situation

What do you like best about the product?
Real-time insights, ability to generate word cloud and media tracking, great monthly reports and real-time tracking with the simple addition of keywords. also ability of multiple user login from the team to access the results

its user interface is a little complicated and in-ability to track some of the social media channels.

Automatic query generation upon just entering keywords is the best feature
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment honestly. But at times, word cloud feature gives tech glitches

What do you like best about the product?
The most liked features are the effective keyword search, listening capabilities, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendly convenient UI and UX. We also launched a successful pilot on social media for a business project where we utilized the keyword search and listening capabilities of Meltwater.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement is an option where Meltwater can put more resources for account management. The additional resources will be suitable if a brand wants to outsource and deal only with meltwater and not through an agency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Meltwater to evaluate the performance of an integrated marketing campaign and also for ongoing social listening across platforms. We could efficiently evaluate, monitor and improve the campaign performance using Meltwater.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe this tool will help build a more intelligent marketing strategy and help you achieve the campaign's objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
The UX interface, journalist database access, and customer experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The journalist database was not frequently updated, affecting its accuracy. The customizability of the press release functionality was limited, especially if you had a template that was difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the press coverage for a major company that received a lot of media interest - particularly for risk management and tracking negative press using the instant alert functionality.

We released multiple releases across the team each week - Meltwater helps manage these releases across the team and ensure that there weren't multiple releases happening on one day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Utilize the customer services team to their fullest potential.

Influencer marketing informed by solid data and insights

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed demographic and 'true follower' data on each influencer allows us to be sure that we're reaching the right audience for a campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Discovering influencers relating to a niche topic, and typically those who are not known to us already, is a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any agency that doesn't have a tool like Klear is relying on their 'little black book' of contacts, which is really limiting. Klear gives us access to the whole influencer-verse, which means we can be confident in uncovering the right influencers for any campaign.

Klear solves the issue of having to manually search social networks to try and uncover influencers to work with, which is laborious, time-consuming and inaccurate.

Klear's campaign management and evaulation is easy, thorough and robust and provides a suite of analysis to measure the success and identify learnings from a campaign.
