Great platform for all influencer marketeers
What do you like best about the product?
I like to describe Klear as the search engine for influencers worldwide. I love how you can make detailed profiles of almost everyone and have options to group your favorites in campaigns or by using custom labels. It's super easy to manage your specific campaigns and with some of the new features provided you can acually get a lot of detailed insights about how campigns perform.
Finally it also helps me keeping track of our own socials and let's me know when specific infuencers have mentioned us.

What do you dislike about the product?
You'll have to be willing to invest in a proper tool for accurate influencer marketing. So the pricing is something to consider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No longer do we have to browse the socials to spot specific content creators. We now have a detailed search engine at our disposal. Reporting back about projects is also very easy with the metrics per influencer or campaign. And finally it gives us insights in how well campaigns perform.
Easy to use platform that gives you insights into influencers' audiences
What do you like best about the product?
Getting insights into influencers, being able to target brand partnerships accurately and knowing what their true reach is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some influencers are included in the search function. When you search a new influencer sometimes it doesn't pull through the audience or true reach stats for all their platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to ensure we're working with influencers whose followers are within our target market.
Meltwater is a great tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The news aggregator and the social media tool, Engage. I have a good user experience. The user interface itself is enjoyable and easy to use. The news aggregator is easy to set up with a new search and to edit the search if something different or a variation comes up. I am not only a user of the tool, but I also train new employees on the tool when they join the Commuications team. Meltwater is by far the easiest tool we have to train people with. With Engage, posting is done with ease. Our users do not use the monitoring tool in Engage but from the minimal amount of interaction I have had with it, it is a tool that I can see our Communications team using. My favorite thing about Engage is the reporting tool. I have been able to see old posts on LInkedIn in Engage, that I was not able to find in LinkedIn itself. I would recommend this tool to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a better search creator with more customization. One of the requests that we often get is multiple searches but for the search email to be organized in a better way. I would love a built-in link shortener to be available. For example, one of our attorneys has mulitple searches on attorney generals in different states. Because there are 50 states, it is 50 searches and he has to scroll through each email. It would be better if we could have a key at the top of the email so he could jump to the states he wants.
I'm not sure if this is a dislike, but we do not use the dashboard feature at all and it may be a missed opportunity.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking news mentions and managing our social platforms. It makes it easy to manage all in one place. Especially in Engage, we can track and report easily on social media posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would absolutely recommend this tool. The ease of use, along with the support team make it a worthwhile purchase.

the lack of picking up keywords becasue they are in a bio and not the body, creating contact lists specified to my preferences on my own

The platform provides an excellent mix of media database depth and measurement tools.
What do you like best about the product?
The international database and dashboard tools are most valuable to me.

I find some of reporting functions wonky and hard to navigate sometimes.

Measuring our impact over time for given topics is the primary help it provides. It has also helped me track the large amount of international coverage some of our content receives.
Klear Review
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely user-friendly. It is a great tool to search for Influencers and monitor your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more searchable filters to narrow down to specific Influencers (current search feels broad)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool allows me to show ROI on Campaign efforts and weed out Influencers once thought to be beneficial to the organization, and focus on the ones yielding more significant results.

Searching is not always easy, you could make it easier. Just make it more intuitive.

The results of media monitoring are fantastic as are the analytics you provide.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working with Klear for more then 1 year, Klear is a very robust platform and easy to use, provides analytics and demographic information across all major social platforms and is the only one that really works in central and south america.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any problems with Klear.

Easy Influencers discovery and real KPI data for my clients.
Gaslighting is the name of the Meltwater game

The reporting capabilities of the tool, though they can be finicky.

Ever heard the term "Gaslighting?" Well, that seems to be the mantra when it comes to Meltwater's customer service. We have used their social media tool "Engage" for over 3 years, and while the product has it's flaws (i.e. occasional disconnection, missing data, etc.) - the PEOPLE you'll work with are so much worse.
Since Meltwater is a sales-based company, you will be pushed for their additional product and upgrades even after expressing there's not a need or the budget for it in your business. Additionally, you'll get a new account service rep every 3 months wanting to hop on a "quick intro call," asking you to re-explain your business needs over and over again. But the worst thing is, when you have an actual issue with the platform - GOOD LUCK GETTING IT FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER. Instead, prepare for emails explaining why the problem "must" be on your end, needing to refresh your browser or "we're still waiting to hear back from the tech team." For example, we just got a social account hooked up after 1 month of follow-up emails, and might we add, the first time a rep actually went into the account themselves.

Best Influencer Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Having reviewed and used multiple influencer management platforms, KLEAR stands out for its excellent UI, analytics and simplicity. The software is intuitive and what's best, it works in real time. With influencer metrics and dashboards updated in seconds, decision making happens in real time. The Account Management team is as agile as the platform, with excellent tech support and hands on client support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to search for influencers by SM posts mapped to current location.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time influencer vetting (Content, Audience, Demographics, sphere of influence). Reporting, dashboard, analytics and ease of sharing custom reports.
