What do you like best about the product?
The team is always listening to us and ready to help with requests, studies, platform issues, etc.
I like to create requests that I want and have a first impression quickly. The interface is intuitive and I like the fact that you can click and add different indicators.
The interface can be personalized with the different views.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there are a lot of functionalities that are not always easy to access (emoji cloud is a bit hidden for example).
The setting panel is different from a project to another, one global would be more practical.
The team is not communicating enough about the new functionalities, it would an advantage for them.

You need to know what you're looking for in order to not being lost in all the data
Radarly: the best way to analyze our customers' reactions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use on Radarly (even if a quick training session might be necessary). In just a few clicks, you can see the audience for our service, user reactions, and where our customers come from. The analysis generator that can be sent automatically is also a very good point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The negative point lies in the difficulty of targeting the key terms for the service. Too often we had hashtags that were too generic. As a result, many reactions were included in our analyses even though they did not concern our service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Radarly, I was quickly able to determine which social networks were relevant for our service.

The Dashboard is very attractive and makes you want to continue on the site.

The site is difficult to understand, the reports are complicated to obtain, and there are many bugs.

Understand the brand's Instagram community, what is wrong, and what would be good to improve.

A powerful crawling tool with a great expert request interface but a lack of semantic analysis

The precision in sources, Meltwater allows you to add numerous queries and easily monitor your e-reputation. It is a tool that is easy to handle and allows for autonomous management.

Dashboards still a bit too fixed on the tool

Monitoring our client's e-reputation. This allows us to gather all the queries that mention our company in order to respond to them as quickly as possible.
