I use Meltwater to monitor my company's name whenever its mentioned in any form of media!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, great layout, and super responsive customer support
What do you dislike about the product?
Shows clips from smaller outlets that republish stories instead of just showing clips from the more prominent location
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to see where and in what context our company is mentioned, allows us to make improvements and stop crisis before it spreads.
Great customer service
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Meltwater for more than 10 years. Their team is always helpful and responsive, especially when we need something urgently for a client. Strong customer service is a big reason why we continute to use Meltwater. It's also easy to use and they provide onboarding training for our new team mebers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nobody is perfect but we appreciate that Meltwater is open to feedback and making adjustments when they need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to reaserch pitch targets, monitor media and provide clips reports, and monitor social channels for our crisis comms clients.
Meltwater has been a gamechanger for our PR team
What do you like best about the product?
Prior to Meltwater, my team relied on Google Alerts and manual searches to monitor for our hard-earned media coverage. Ultimately, it got the job done, but it was tedious, time consuming and I knew we were leaving placements on the table. Meltwater totally changed that for us. Now, we have 24/7 monitoring of our keywords - as well as important industry terms that we rarely had realtime visibility into. AND that's just the monitoring part of Meltwater. Our merchandising and reporting has completely evolved (much more professional!) now that we have access to Reports and Newsletters - both of which are curated for us, saving us valuable time.

There are so many capabilities that at first, it felt overwhelming ... but with the help of our account team, we've quickly been able to master the resources most important to us,

Previously, our media monitoring was entirely manual. Now, it's turnkey.
Klear from Meltwater is eady to use, your all in one Influencer Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like about Meltwater that is very easy to use, it is very insightful. I use it almost everyday. Whenever I need something the team answer very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the monitor module in Klear to be filtered by country.

Meltwater is your secret weapon for press release distribution and media monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy interface to issue press releases. I have peace of mind that they went out at the correct time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a very good international press list for my industry (M&E).

User-friendly and intuitive tool with widespread application
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom bios to filter specifically for certain audiences is incredibly useful - for my company projects, we need the ability to tailor by specific audiences. Creating audiense reports is also really useful and helps create a solid picture of the audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite refining and editing filters, often content from the wrong audience, country or source often still appear in analyses which can skew the results. Need better filtering of X results in particular as this can get cluttered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Being able to quickly understand online sentiment for a topic within specific countries and timeframes is really useful
2. Being able to see what a specific audience is saying about a topic is really useful - there aren't many tools in my industry that allow for tailored audience analysis
3. The ability to save down reporting dashboards for reference later. Manual research is difficult to log so that you can review later.

Meltwater is an intuitive and user friendly platform
What do you like best about the product?
They layout! It's incredibly user-friendly and visually appealing. I know where to find everything. The Slack integration has been a game changer. Plus the support team are always on hand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to be able to customise alert emails more. At the moment, I am getting too broad a range of coverage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everyone on the team can see the same thing. We look at the coverage reports each morning, then have a discussion about what's relevant. Meltwater has really helped us stay on top of media coverage in our industry.
Comprehensive & Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
All media management in one place and logically laid out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support videos whilst plentiful, needed to have a clear navigation for those at the onboarding / just getting started stage. I did find the right videos eventually but a real person onboarding was a much better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping identify any consumer issues or areas for improvement with products and services.
Excellent cross-channel overview of campaign performance
What do you like best about the product?
The quick reporting and downloadable graphics created are fantastic when pulling together campaign reports across press and socials at speed. It's also intuitive. When I click on something I want more information about it goes where I would expect it to. We use it weekly and more frequently during specific campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of integration with LinkedIn is frustrating but that's a Microsoft issue really...
