Very useful tool when generating media coverage analysis and sending our breaking news!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it does a good job aggregating data and is easy to send out outreach to our media lists.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to search for and add journalists. I also wish the limit to send emails was not for a 24 hour hour period but a calendar day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to create a streamlined approach to contacting the media and conducting analytics with its media monitoring feature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to crawl online mentions effectively
Meltwater is very user friendly and a great database of journalists.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to see which journalists cover or report on specific topics. I also appreciate that I can send personalized emails through the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we can send more emails in 24 hours, that restricts what we can send and at times we publish multiple reports at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The hardest part for me is to know which journalist would be interested in our work, and their contact information. That is not included on websites as much anymore, so it is more difficult to find.
Super helpful in tracking campaigns and influencer research!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that you can easily research influencers for client campaigns and easily pull an influencer's analytics in a nice powerpoint format to present to clients. Creating post-campaign reports is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The influencer research tool can sometimes not be accurate, or not pull in the best reccomended influencers

Creating post-campaign reports to clearly present how well a campaign performed on social media
Meltwater allows us understand online conversations on a deeper level
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has allowed us to see a holistic view on online convesations with filters allowing us to go as micro or macro as we'd like in our search. Klear is easy to use and naviagate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Meltwater is the limitations on which platforms it is pulled from. We lose conversations happening on TikTok and Instagram which is key for our industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to see conversations (postitive + negative) about brands and topics to further inform our insights while building strategies for our clients.
Excellent Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Klear is a great resource and cuts my work time in half. It's easy to integrate with our PR program and influencers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a wealth of information that Klear can provide, if you might find yourself spending too much time using it.

Vetting influencers and gathering influencer information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with great intel to help me build marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tabs aren't always intuitive (i.e. explore versus monitor) for me to understand the value of each.

Meltwater provider media and social management all in one place.
Easy to use - gives great results!
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is very easy to use and porvides a LOT of data that is useful in both outreach and tracking of your coverage. Our account rep Monica has been SUCH a help to our company and is always available for our questions and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The outreach lists aren't updated as quickly as they should. I still recieve a lot of bounceback emails from addresses no longer in service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send outreach directly to a reporter's inbox, versus it just appearing through a wire. This is so helpful in order to customize our audience of who we believe will best benefit from the news we have to share.
User friendly and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater has been a pretty easy switch from my company's previous social media scheduling platform. It is pretty user friendly and easy to navigate. The functions are pretty simple with options to make really advanced or really basic reports. Customer support has been great to answer any questions and provide help as needed. Love the daily digests as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a little tricky to use within our VDI system. It is not ideal that with Twitter you have to add the short link first and then the image, especially when you are doing a bulk post. Just takes a little extra time. And sometimes it seems a post may fail unexpectedly but then after reposting it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has great options for reports and the daily digests are awesome to see who is talking about our organization.
I LIVE in Meltwater!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many different tools and features Meltwater has. Every day, I use the Engage tool to schedule social media posts and Explore to monitor who is talking about our organization. Meltwater is always open on my computer, and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the social scheduling tool sometimes has some quirks and is causing our social team some issues, but the Meltwater team is always very responsive and helps out immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble staying on top of trending topics in the urology world, but since using Meltwater I feel like I am much more informed!
