Great, Affordable, End-to-End Influencer Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and easy to navigate. There is not a huge learning curve to use the technology. Searching for influencers is easy and filtering options are great.The invitation process is also quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
The authentication process for influencers is very clunky and diffucult. We spend a lot of our time managing requests for people who are having issues connecting their accounts. I also wish the reporting included video views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows us to better streamline our full influencer marketing strategy including identifying influencers, inviting to partner, campaign briefing, reviewing content, reporting and anayltics, and paying the influencers. While the work itself is still a heavy load for an internal team, the Klear platform helps us to minimize hours spent by maximizing our time.

What do you like best about the product?
Measurement, EMV benchmarks and statistics go deeper in what a marketeer and comms specialist needs to understand and comprehend when implementing an influencer marketing strategy for a brand.
The customer support is amazing, our account director is always in contact with us for any problem, show new features and training.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes influencers dont want to register as they said is difficult to connect. But stories can also be uploaded manually if there is any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the email integration shows as in-platform messaging. This allows me to keep track of my conversations with influencers without digging through my email history and displays all in one chat box.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you have to integrate with Tipalti for seamless payment. We have to pay our influencers offline which isn't a huge deal, but I would rather do everything in the platform. For brands that are stricter with their financial integrations, this may not be the platform you want to use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows for an easy campaign management process that is organized and straightforward - keeping communication, messages, files and documents all in one place. They also allow you to make a landing page that integrates to your website for a seamless application process for the influencer!
Great tool for influencers' discovery and influencers' campaign tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Klear helps us finding new profiles and tracking campaigns based on keywords, handlers or topics. With minimal setup and a dynamic monitoring environment, has enough flexibility for gathering valuable data on profiles that were previously unknown for the brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes too long to get updated information for some profiles. In those cases, we need to contact the support team for help and the full process might take a couple days.

Influencers discovery for brands, profiles that need to be monitored for potential risks and influencer campaign tracking across several social networks.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only downfall - topic and search selections. For example, if I wanted to find a high school educator that was into test preparation for students, like the SAT, ACT, or AP, it is difficult to find someone.

What do you like best about the product?
Klear provides great functionality in terms of influencer searching. I also find Klear very helpful for social listening, allowing you to generally understand where influencers and customers are creating buzz about your products. The granularity of data is useful for both brand and growth channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Klear removed functionality for sourcing similar influencers. This makes it difficult to find influencers who may convert well for your products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social listening primarily, for influencer and finding new ambassadors and brand lovers as well as engagement.

Very comprehensive database of influencers and the metrics on them seem to be more reliable than the old platform we used
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more automated influencer outreach / CRM functionality. It would save us a lot of time to be able to set up automated outreach flows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to filter, in a self-serve platform, by so many different criteria to discover influencers across multiple platforms, geographies, demographics, and audience types. Also appreciate the tagging feature for organizational purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Klear is a very expensive tool. Like most platforms, it is more geared toward business clients than political/policy ones. It is up to users to make the most of it, although the Meltwater team is helpful when you proactively ask for them to be involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows my organization to save time discovering influencer marketing partners, connecting with them, and reporting on the performance of their advertisements.
Useful, but not worth it

Klear makes it easy to search for and discover influencers on Instagram
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of the accounts you find through discovery aren't actually connected to Klear and there is no contact information available. You need to manually scrape that information yourself by going directly to those influencers profiles. It therefore makes Klear kind of pointless since the idea is to take the hassle out of influencer partnerships.

Discovering influencers who might be a good fit for our brand.
Best In Class Influencer Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Klear has been extremely helpful in tracking metrics and analytics for influencers, vetting, reporting, organization and more. The team at Klear is highly helpful and responsive as well. This platform is worth the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can say in regard to what is least helpful, other than some profiles will not be created due to a lower follower count. Otherwise, great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vetting influencers, tracking analytics and metrics, reporting, insight tracking, comparison tools, helps me to be the expert on influencer marketing, and we have seen an increase in influencer campaigns thanks to Klear's support.
