Klear experience.

What do you like best about the product?
If an athlete is tracking correctly, engagement data is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Individual's profiles have to be set to a specific setting in order to be tracked. Many pro athletes do not want to change their settings because they lose control over some social features.
It would also be helpful to save the top campaigns I search in a search bar so I don't have to scroll through the list of all campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Klear allows me to find influencers who are engaged on their social platforms and who would be the best people to work with. It makes it easy to vet to executives.

What do you like best about the product?
So far Klear has been prompt to answer questions and helpful in getting us set up on their platform. I also appreciate that they will provide support past the onboarding stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this is a new partnership, I have no constructive feedback at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Klear platform will allow us to take influencer content campaigns in-house, giving us more control over the process and helping us to be more efficient with our marketing dollars.

Efficient tool for social media publishing and media monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Meltwater for its reporting capabilities. The social media publishing tool (despite being in its early days) works very well, and I also enjoy using their media outreach tool to target journalists by beat/region/reach/etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is that when you're reporting on social media analytics, we can't separate the organic stats from the paid. I would also say there are many opportunities for the Engage tool, especially the calendar view. I would love to see it supporting more editorial calendar management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us reduce the time we spend extracting our online analytics, so we can be more productive and focus on other essential tasks. Also, pulling stats by tags lets us quickly report on different campaigns, projects or programs.

What do you like best about the product?
We can plan, publish and analyze content performance in one place, in an intuitive and attractive package.

Some social media functionality still requires us to login to our individual accounts

Being able to plan, publish and measure our work in one place, using similar metrics - saves time and simplifies the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting I have access to on Klear, it is concise and exceptionally clear. I am able to hit reporting on all high level KPI's effortlessly. It makes my team look excellent and it is incredibly low lift.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a very clear how-to guide or just general FAQ section available, both for our internal higher leadership needs and also when onboarding an influencer. Specifically, influencers seem to have a hard time with it, especially those without managers. As someone on the brand side, I don't know what an influencer sees exactly, so if they could set up a beta walk though that we can access to help influencers that would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to pay influencers safe and quickly!

Sometimes it's difficult to find profiles similar to what we searched for.

Getting reports based on the keywords used and the reach on social platforms and find influencers from the profile interest we need!

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater offers a service that adds value to our members ! Also, Alexandre Senator is an excellent account manager. He always makes himself available to help our company and answers our questions quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Upgrading our account is a bit expensive unfortunately.

Meltwater allows us to send a daily press review to our members, which allows us to keep them informed of the latest news of our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
It's automatically gathers news, social, and broadcast resources effectively. Meltwater helps with media listening without having to ask too much of the user
What do you dislike about the product?
Meltwater finds sources that have even the slightest mention of any semblance of a specific keyword, so accuracy can take a hit at times because of how broad the search results may be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep an eye on our brand, organization, and the industry in which we operate. It also lets us keep track of our competitors and how they're making headlines. This allows us to stay ahead of the public attention which in turn keeps us agile in responding to any type of press.

The best of the best all around media tool

What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater truly is the be all end all tool when it comes to media listening, press research and consumer sentiment. Essentially your choices are to build your tech stack using a few different software choices or just use Meltwater as your all-in-one solution. The account managers and support throughout your subscription to the service is top knotch as well so you will never feel abandoned after signing on to use the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside with Meltwater is that it's defintiely an investment. It's one of the most expensive solutions in media but it's also the best all-around tool so if you can get the budget approved for this tool, go for it. It'll be worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because the legal cannabis industry is so new and based around a controlled substance, it doesn't have a lot of public information available that marketers can use to make better decisions when it comes to budget spend. Using Meltwater to help us find our customers and listen to what they want has helped us build a database that has never existed before so we can inform our ideas and decisions as a team.
