Meltwater is unmatched!
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is critical in our ability to find meaningful, relevant content that is valuable across multiple areas of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is top notch but comes with a heavy price tag if you are not utilizing its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps us find and utilize meaningful content that we use to develop curated newsletters for C-suite executives and the wider employee population. We also use it to send press releases.
Grateful for Meltwater!
What do you like best about the product?
As a media and public relations professional, I cannot imagine executing without Meltwater. From the ease of locating and storing contacts to quickly running reports with all the analytics needed, Meltwater provides all the media monitoring tools in an easy-to-navigate platform. The support I have received over the past 18 months from Meltwater's client success team is excellent — so quick to assist and hop on a call to walk if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside for me when using Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it solves contacting media and reporting to leadership on open rates, media mentions, and possible reach. That benefits me because these actions are streamlined and accessible through Meltwater.
Meltwater does the hard work so PR professionals can explain the importance of media relations.
What do you like best about the product?
The entire platform is very user-friendly and there is always someone available to assist when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions when it comes to media monitoring can be very sensitive so it is sometimes difficult to know if we are missing anything simply by a user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows me to keep track of coverage on various topics and companies that I could easily miss, which has allowed me to stay on top of topics and trends and share those with executives.
Meltwater has made my life easier regarding tracking business mentions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you're able to specify and narrow down specific searches. The infographics are also great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always pick up every mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is grabbing all of the mentions across broadcast news and social media news and putting them in one place for me to easily access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the platform offers very detailed specifics about Influencers, their audience, network and social channel strength. I also find it usleful to connect with influencers, and send brief and agreements on the same platform. I also like that the platform provides great reports and earned media values.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love know more about the influencer's social/ethnic and demographic background. Although their content quite reflects this, it would also be amazing if we as marketers can get this data with fewer clicks.

Meltwater is an efficient and powerful product, with a great team behind it.
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is most useful for saving time and disseminating useful information to team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes finding the right search terms and sifting through results can be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is making it more seamless for us to track industry trends and critical information for our clients. It filters down information and distills it in a way that we have the capacity to review and use strategically.

What do you like best about the product?
I find meltwater to be most helpful when monitoring media mentions and searching for the data behind each article.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it challenging to create proper media lists and pitching tactics through Meltwater.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Meltwater primarily for our monthly reporting. We are able to quickly find the analytics to report. I am also obsessed with the Klear component of Meltwater. I have been able to properly connect with influencers and host trips through this platform.
Makes my job easier, intuitive to use and very knowledgeable account managers
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater helps me to do my job without me even having to think about it. Meltwater takes care of what I need to track and is ready when I need to pull the info.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really say I dislike anything about Meltwater at this time. I know personally I am not using everything to its full potential but that is me still familiarizing myself with my job. Not Meltwater's problem at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see it as problems that Meltwater is solving, but it certainly does help me track the items I need to track for our quarterly reports. This makes me a positive member of my team and all I need to do is utilize the tools Meltwater has in place.

What I like best are the tools provided for adding and pitching media members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any particular "dislikes" about Meltwater. There have been kinks in rolling out a new service, but questions have been answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is helping keep track of all of our University's media mentions. It saves time from having to search through all cracks of the internet to find stories.
An easy to use database with a wealth of information
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use and it connects with all the major platforms we use. I also really like the search functionality by audience region, influencer region and interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Convincing people you work with to login in to the system to get more detailed data can be tricky and we're now reaching a point where Mega/Macro influencers need to perhaps be further refined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are so many influencers out there it's hard to find ones that are relevant with authentic audiences without this tool especially as my role is global and requires us to reach out or be able to analyze influencers worldwide.
