A Multifaceted Influencer Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy the insights function of Klear -- allowing us to see the Influencer's brand history and engagement to see who is the best fit long term. The rating system has been consistent!
What do you dislike about the product?
In the campaign brief section, it would be massively helpful to create "stops" where the influencer can't move on to sign the brief without completing certain information first (address, name, email, product). Extracting the content after the campaigns is slightly streneous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to create a database for separate campaigns - we enjoy that we can keep the influencers, campaigns, and content all in one platform.
Meltwater makes monitoring easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Alerts are timely and thorough especially for news coverage. Dashboards are easy to build and create. Staff at Meltwater are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, Meltwater picks up sites and provides links that are to illegitimate websites. It would be helpful to easily flag them and prevent them from showing up again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to monitoring news and social mentions and sentiment in one tool. Tracking of media placements for competitors.

Sometimes demographic does not show up. But only for smaller influencers

Software & Customer Support Is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's an all-in-one platform. It's so nice to have everything under one umbrella.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches and things don't function how I should this happens more than I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is always working to be the best. Anything we've asked we've received prompt feedback from our account manager.
It is a nice product/service and is a real time-saver, however...
What do you like best about the product?
It saves time. For me it is like a search engine on steroids and it draws together all the information you might be interested and serves it on a nice easily reachable information filled plate, plus gives the opportunity to analyze it on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely limited quantity of searches. If it would be question of 1000 or 10000 searches, I would understand the concern, but in these quantities below 100? I have to prohibit myself using the "slots". The Meltwater academy side is for the basic barebones user, did not learn much yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Search inside the box. I can narrow down and filter the search into information I am looking for. That is the most sought after value of Meltwater. Second, I can save the searches and filters in an easy way.
Great software with room for improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
Technology is always expanding. Reports can be customized. Widgets are great, and I love that you can change colors of some of them. Tagging system and adding missing coverage is easy to use. The Meltwater Academy is very helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
Database is as up-to-date as other services like MuckRack. I don't like how the private database is seperate and not easy to merge. Renewal time can be stressful and pushy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding missing coverage, broadcast cover, and keep track of social media conversation. I would like to use it for media relations, but it is not as helpful there as I would like.
Intuitive, but still room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of different searches you can do on it. Also, the training is very helpful since Meltwater searches can get very complex

It doesn't always find everything on the internet under my search filters

Simplifies News Monitoring with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I find Meltwater incredibly valuable for several reasons. It simplifies the daunting task of sifting through hundreds of publications to find topics relevant to me, which is a significant time-saver. It stands out by finding mentions of my company that other services overlook, ensuring I miss no important updates. The ease with which I can create newsletters for my company is also a notable advantage. The user interface is easy to navigate, making my interactions with the software pleasant and hassle-free. Its flexibility and customizability allow me to tailor it to meet my specific needs effectively. I appreciate the continual updates Meltwater receives, as it has significantly improved since I started using it. The staff's dedication is evident in their customer service; they are approachable and responsive, ensuring any issues are swiftly addressed. Additionally, I find the in-browser widget very functional as it allows me to save articles efficiently for inclusion in my newsletter. Furthermore, the initial setup was very straightforward. The Meltwater team provided extensive support, guiding me and my team through the process with great patience and care.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating new searches in a more simplified way would be great. I also don't always have time for their latest features and they are a bit hard to intuit at first, but that is more about my time than them.

I use Meltwater to simplify reviewing publications for relevant topics, monitor overlooked company mentions, and create an internal newsletter quickly and easily.

The customer support is off the charts good.

There's a lot of background information to learn to really get to the media content you need.
