Great tool for Influencer Marketing Campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Demographics and information regarding previous collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to upload stories, and some times influencers don´t want to connect their profiles

What do you like best about the product?
This is the first platform we've used and we're going on our second year with Meltwater. It's nice to have a single platform for monitoring, media, and social scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have as many connections for monitoring article mentions. Our biggest publication is the business journals, and they are unable to track that publication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what is said about us, when it is said about us.

Meltwater has great insights for social/media listening.
What do you like best about the product?
Explore and the reporting sections are very helpful. The Audience feature is definetly what distinguishes Meltwater form others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not include Pinterest for posting and social analytics, which is an important social platform for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get to see who is talking about our brand and what other competitors are talking about too.
Good all-in-on Solution with Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
One of my favorite features are the approval workflows and notes on Engage (social media scheduling). The app is easy to use and mark up with changes needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The media searches require a good understanding of boolean in order to filter out junk and a lot of the reporting features come at an additional (hefty) cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We switched to Meltwater because we wanted an all in one solution (eliminating multiple softwares reduced cost and streamlined communication with our rep_
Overall positive experience with Meltwater
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater's social listening tools and notifications made it simple and streamlined to see info that is sometimes hard to find on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could be a little buggy at times. Something wouldn't work or it became difficult to complete a certain task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater is benefiting me by giving me the tools and info to give to my superiors about how we are doing on social, as well as, what people are saying about our company.
Great Account team, easy to use platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to get setup on the platform. Intuitive interface and user experience. App works well, though not as robust as the web platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It always takes me more clicks to find where to set up a new search than necessary. Probably me just not being in the tool every day but that's the least intuitive experience I've had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater has allowed us to begin measuring our earned media strategy. we're able to build out targeted lists for media releases and seamlessly get these into the inboxes of reporters. We've also used Meltwater for PR and media monitoring during crisis scenarios to ensure minimal brand impact.
Helpful and Valuable Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is extremely helpful in monitoring issues important to projects in real-time and finding related information. Customer service is extremely attentive and helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Meltwater doesn't catch all of the news articles relevant to my searches and they are missed. The Inability to search on Facebook is also not ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater helps our business find and monitor important information for our clients and gives us a tangible way to share the results of our searches with them.
Returning to Meltwater from Subpar Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Meltwater is intuitive to use and the customer service is unmatched.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Meltwater, the platform is meeting my needs, currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meltwater allows us to use one tool to accomplish many daily public relations tasks including media monitoring , reporting, competitive analysis and building tailored media lists. It allows us to streamline our work and quantify our efforts in a meaningful way for our clients. Meltwater is easy to use and the customer service has allowed us to feel confident in leveraging the tool to its potential.
