Great observability platform!

  • December 15, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to integrate with as they use standard protocols (oTel, syslog, etc...)
S3 archive helps achieve great log retention for a fraction of the cost compared to other solutions.
Amazing support & account teams, always ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintainability of parsing rules can be a challenge, especially for complex patterns, but support team was always ready to help with that as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has considerably reduced the time to investigate/troubleshoot issues (from dev. to production).
Removed the need to own and operate a log/trace aggregation (ES, kibana & jaeger) system for a multi-region (20+) and multi-cloud platform.

Not just another APM and Logs provider

  • December 14, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The people. From their CEO, to their RVP of Sales, to their amazing Customer Success Team, they are responsive and committed to their customer's success. The product is great too! But from my role as Vendor Manager, the relationship is crucial and they consistently bring their A game. I've worked with hundreds, maybe thousands, of vendors over my career and they are definitely in the top 5% when it comes to service and true partnership.
They have 24X7 support and a 2 minute response SLA!
They rapidly deploy new features and are very responsive to our suggestions/requests.
Fantasitic Implementation on a very short timeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
At sign on, we were hoping for RUM and Synthetic Monitoring which was still in developement. We didnt' have to wait long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full system visibility. Detailed view of system health, activity, and errors with tracing.
We needed to replace our current provider due to a major misunderstanding on pricing.

Affordable monitoring without compromise

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
1. Data ingestion is very customizable and supports most, if not all, open source solutions out there.
2. Great user interface. Corrolation between logs, traces and metrics is core to the user experience.
3. Rapidly improving the platform and even listening to requests. Quick turn-around on a bug fix request we made.
4. Much more affordable than other solutions out of the box and offers various ways to decrease costs even further with TCO optimizer.
5. Customer support has been very helpful in helping us succeed not just using their product, but monitoring in general.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Multi-environment monitoring in a single account makes some features a bit harder to use.
2. Data and unit usage metrics are not displayed in local timezone.
3. Setting everything up exactly how you want it can be a little time consuming in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a feature complete solution to monitor our services through application logs, metrics and traces at an actually affordable price that makes sense in comparison to our infrastructure costs.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't directly support sending logs from a few AWS Services like Appsync, RDS, Airflow etc without the need of first sending the data to Cloudwatch or S3.
Parsing the logs and linking the corresponding logs with their traces, is tedious and time consuming.

What do you dislike about the product?
We did encounter a few challenges integrating some of our home-grown platforms. That's just reality having someone abstract the service for you and losing access to the low-level configurations.

Best logs solution available

  • August 14, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Everything about this product is near perfect, but here are a few of my favorites:
1. The product is easy tom implement, intuitive and very well organized.
2. With ingenuity as a second nature, they're always up to date with latest technology and capabilities.
3. Their support team and account managers are always doing above and beyond to accomodate best practices which suits your specific needs.
4. Extremely proactive, and are keen to listen to comments about the product and feature requests.
4. Coralogix' Pricing model allows to get similar if not better observability results at a fraction of the cost of the top competitors

Overall, the Coralogix solution is by far the best market offer you can find. GUARANTEED!
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Although simple, some integration and coding is needed to achieve desired results - very easy to do, even for a junior level engineer.
2. Missing some minor features that other companies offer, such as SCIM and RBAC. Needless to say - they're all being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix mainly simplifies operation, and improves observability for you, with some OPS oriented features such as anomaly detection, release tagging, Jira/Slack/PagerDuty integrations and others.
We use it to get a better understanding of our application behavior over time (peak performance stats, newlly introduced errors, etc'), alert management system, and log analysis (Tracing, Sentry, Telemetry). Combining all these features allows us to fully correlate changes, intended or not, with the logs and metrics.
