What do you like best about the product?
Search: Coralogix's search engine is potent. I can easily find the logs I'm looking for, even if they're buried deep in my data.
Easy to use: Coralogix is easy to use, even for non-technical users. The interface is intuitive, and the documentation is excellent.
Great support: My account manager and the support team are top-notch. They're always responsive and helpful and go above and beyond to answer my questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the bill to be a bit hard to understand. I'm unsure how the units are calculated, and I sometimes have to contact my account manager to clarify my bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix makes it easy to collect, store, and search logs from a variety of sources. This gives me a holistic view of my infrastructure and helps me to identify problems quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
The logs get displayed in a very readable format. It helps to query and search for exact string quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can show whole log in 1 go, for now it just displays and then we have to click to get full log
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to go through the logs and find errors very easily. Due to constant new addition of clients on system, there are a lot of errors which come in on prod. Coralogix helps us to find them easily.
Fastest logging and monitoring tool
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using coralogix I could feel the super fast speed for search results compared to our previous logging tools. Its very convenient to quickly get all the realted errors and their quantum in just few clicks and that too with blazing speed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although coralogix is very fast, but for archived logs its kinda slow which is obvisous as per the process. But I think that can be improved or there can be some option where I can push the archived logs of a specific day in live logs, query on it, do my debugging then archive it back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix has made log searching super easy and fast. I can quickly get the top errors for recent days, compare them with yesterday, get a nice visualization of the errors/infos with their quantum. Parse raw data into structural logs, then perform operations on it, or create a graph from it for visualization. Also its very convenient to manage what result columns to see and perform filtering on columns with just single clicks.

Query time for archived logs, which could potentially be improved through adjustments to index settings.

Coralogix is helping us with Logs Monitoring and Opentelemetry Integration (Metrics and Traces) to achieve Observability. This solution covers almost all supported applications, providing better unit economics compared to commercial APM solutions. Coralogix effectively organizes application logs, facilitates tracing and monitoring, and offers custom dashboards and filters for seamless log metadata categorization. Additionally, it centralizes all CloudWatch logs, simplifying AWS log management and ensuring compliance with security standards. Overall, Coralogix has significantly enhanced operational efficiency and log management for the organization.
A one-stop shop for all observability use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Most observability solutions are limited to simple monitoring and alerting. However, enterprises have large-scale projects which require monitoring all the macros. For use cases related to complex and in-depth analysis of logs and metrics in real-time, Coralogix is the perfect solution that can scale easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix offers a vast set of functionalities, and therefore, the UI may seem overwhelming for beginners. Also, the pricing is slightly on the higher end, which makes it difficult for small-scale companies to bring it into application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clients usually require an integrated platform that provides easy analysis of logs and metrics in real-time. As more and more clients move from traditional monolithic applications to microservice-based architectures, the need for real-time analysis increases in the case of a production environment. Coralogix has excellent capabilities to monitor and analyse container logs, making it easy to detect problems at an early stage. These features make it a must-have platform for production-grade workloads, as it makes troubleshooting very easy!
Power tool that goes beyond logs, with great support
What do you like best about the product?
We're a startup with a minimal budget for ops, running on Heroku. Coralogix enables us to stay on top of our application observability with ease. We love the powerful search, and ability to set up fine-grained alerts. As a security-conscious SaaS, we rely on its anomaly detection to distinguish signal from noise. The Events2Metrics feature is a great addition that gives us some baseline Grafana visualisations that we can't get from Heroku (e.g. database load). We appreciated having built-in templates for parsing Heroku metrics logs.
Whenever we dealt with Coralogix support, they were exceptionally quick to respond, and helped us through some fairly complex issues.

The logs grouping is a bit limited, but as long as you remember it's not a SQL database you can achieve most observability outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our one-stop-shop for diagnosing errors across requests, detecting patterns and anomalies arising from logs, and staying on top of noisy logs to ensure our application stays healthy and secure.
