Platform with Real-Time Insights & Smart Cost Control

  • July 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix offers an exceptionally fast and intuitive platform for logs, metrics, and traces. We ingest ~500 GB of logs per day across 200+ microservices running in AWS EKS, and their real‑time indexing and alerting engine surfaces anomalies in under 5 seconds. The ML‑based anomaly detection has flagged two production incidents in the past quarter before our clients noticed any degradation. The TCO Optimizer lets us tier older logs into archival storage without sacrificing searchability, reducing our observability bill by over 30 % in six months. Integration with AWS CloudWatch, Kubernetes, Jenkins and Slack was seamless, and dashboards can be fully customized with drill‑down filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for advanced features—custom parsing pipelines, data enrichment rules and the REST API—can be steep. The documentation often covers basic use cases well but lacks deeper, end‑to‑end examples for non‑standard workflows (e.g. parsing syslog from third‑party firewalls). The mobile app is functional for on‑call alert acknowledgments but doesn’t support building or editing dashboards on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Coralogix to unify logs, metrics, and traces under one roof. It’s helped us cut logging costs by over 40%, improved MTTR with real-time alerts and correlation, and enabled better cross-team collaboration with granular access controls. The platform is stable, scalable, and very developer-friendly once set up properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix makes it easy for me to track and understand logs. It shows real time issues, sends smart alerts, and helps save costs by managing data better all in one simple tool.
Best customer support , I use it very frequently for my work .
What do you dislike about the product?
Coralogix can be tricky to learn at first, with a confusing pricing model and technical search syntax. If not set up well, alerts can get noisy and dashboards may feel a bit limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Razorpay employee, Coralogix helps solve the challenge of managing massive volumes of logs from multiple microservices in real time. It makes debugging faster and more efficient with smart alerts, structured logging, and seamless integrations saving engineering time, reducing downtime, and improving overall system reliability.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Coralogix is the real time processing with minimal latency,
which helps spotting errors quickly which is an important thing when there's any production issue.
It also helps in detecting anomalies and recurring patterns which helps deducing the issue quickly.
Provides smooth user experience compared to its competitors.
Easy to integrate with cloud platforms like currently we are using GCP previously our organization was using AWS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve is a lil bit higher for beginners who is not familiar with observability tools, can feel a bit overwhelming at start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing logs to spot production issues quickly and efficiently.
Coralogix saves a lot of time because of its anomaly pattern detection.
It's helps a lot to check and solve real-time renewal issues quickly without causing mush damage to production.

Coralogix: A Powerful and Insightful Log Analytics Solution

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix stands out as a robust log analytics and observability platform, particularly praised for its real-time data processing, cost-efficiency, and scalability. One of its strongest assets is its ability to handle high-volume log ingestion with minimal latency, making it ideal for dynamic environments like Kubernetes, cloud-native applications, or serverless architectures. The platform’s tiered pricing model, which decouples costs from data retention periods, allows teams to prioritize recent logs for analysis while archiving older data cost-effectively—a significant advantage over competitors that charge premium rates for long-term storage. Coralogix’s LiveTail feature is exceptionally useful for real-time debugging, enabling users to stream logs instantaneously as they occur, which is critical for troubleshooting production issues. Its built-in machine learning and anomaly detection automate root cause analysis by identifying unusual patterns (e.g., error spikes or latency surges), reducing manual investigation time. The platform also excels in data optimization, offering dynamic parsing, structured JSON support, and granular filtering to reduce noise and focus on actionable insights. Developers appreciate its flexible query language (combining Lucene and SQL-like syntax), which balances power with accessibility for both simple searches and complex aggregations. For security-conscious organizations, While the UI may lack some polish compared to alternatives, its dashboards and alerts are highly customizable, and integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus simplify embedding it into existing workflows. Overall, Coralogix is a compelling choice for teams seeking a cost-predictable, scalable solution that balances deep analytics with operational simplicity, whether for startups or enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex queries on massive datasets can sometimes be slower compared to competitors optimized for high-speed analytics.

Dashboard loading times may lag with high-cardinality data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Birdeye, Coralogix has transformed observability from a reactive cost center to a proactive enabler of reliability and efficiency. By reducing costs, accelerating debugging, and integrating seamlessly with our stack, it empowers developers to focus on innovation rather than firefighting. While minor improvements are needed, its ROI justifies it as a cornerstone of our DevOps strategy.
