Best solution for debugging through logs and dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix's Dashboard and logs are the best solution in the industry. And alerting and custom dashboards are like the cherry on top which helps me to track all the errors and analytics of my service or application.
Everything about an application can be found in a single platform: logs, alerting, APM, Errors, and Dashboard. You name the feature and Coralogix have it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I use Coralogix, Creating an alert can become a hassle, but when I was creating an alert in the past, I contacted Coralogix Support, and they gave me all the support that I required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find debugging the issues a tedious task, but after I started using the Coralogix, it improved my ability to identify and solve the bugs or issues that came in my feature in the system. Finding the logs through the logs in Coralogix is the best and fastest that I have used in my work experience.
I've also created many custom alerts in my application that alert me about the system as soon as any error occurs in the system so that I can fix the occurring issue as soon as possible.
And due to the custom alerts have in the Coralogix, I can efficiently work on the other important tasks that require my bandwidth.

The most rewarding experience has been delving into logs and crafting dashboards to track metrics.
What do you like best about the product?
A single platform for creating dashboards, alerts, and exploring logs is essential for streamlining monitoring and analysis processes. It offers efficiency, convenience, and a cohesive user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
lack of custom dashboard creation with interactive widgets, visualization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating custom dashboards from logs data which helps me alerting and monitoring the traffic.
Ease of access of navigating to tracking an particular issue
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking of each service with dashboards based on any source like(logs, matrix and spans) and
combination of more than 1 alert using time frame feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
The change of policies in splitting the logs in frequent search, matrix and archives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combined analysis of multiple services using graphs and charts in any specific time period, tracking of several errors using multiple alerts, create a new alert by combining multiple alerts together and third party service analytics.
Experience with Corologix
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about corologix is the support we get from the support team of corologix interms of understanding new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about corologix is the UI. It is not so user friendly and tough to navigate and understand the features. It could be better if they could provide some navigation tools within the app itself
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Corologix helps us to monitor the log, we can create alerts based on the error logs. It is helping us to solve the issues within no time. It also helps us in fastly identifying the root cause of the issue.
Coralogix Enterprise User
What do you like best about the product?
Coralogix is good option for logging, Monitoring and alerting tool. The durability of logs given by them are awesome. You can also customise it accordingly as per you need which is optimize the cost as well. Also the support and assistance given by them are good
What do you dislike about the product?
When the logs are in archive it takes time (some times it takes minutes and minutes) to get the result in the same case the logs archive helps to cost reduction but I think still they can optimise it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coralogix Monitoring and altering helps the proactive actions during outage situations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Coralogix for its robust log management capabilities. The platform's intuitive interface and powerful search functionalities have greatly streamlined our log analysis process. The real-time insights and customizable dashboards enable us to proactively identify and address issues. Additionally, the anomaly detection and alerting features have proven invaluable in maintaining system reliability. Overall, Coralogix has significantly enhanced our ability to monitor and troubleshoot our systems effectively.

Coralogix is solving our challenges related to log management by improving efficiency, enhancing proactive issue resolution, and providing scalability, ultimately contributing to a more reliable and robust operational environment
I am impressed with Coralogix' platform and capabilities, and very satisfied with their support.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Coralogix is the operating model of storing our own data in our own buckets. This was a huge concern with large amounts of data being retained and this make a huge difference for us. Additionally the customer support is superb. I have personally requested numerous changes to the platform and the support has come back to me down the road and let me know that they implemented. They are always quick to respond and eager to dive in-depth into very niche technical issues, and to continue to troubleshoot and offer alternatives until a resolution is found.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still growing out their feature-set. Understandably they do not have the same level of depth in the APM department yet. The UI can also has a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The cost problem. Self hosting the buckets is huge from a cost visibility and affordability standpoint.
Amazing support and frequent updates
What do you like best about the product?
I love having support available at all times and they are always super helpful and efficient when providing useful information and assistance. It's easy to set up integration and easy to query logs once you know the syntax.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a complaint but a suggestion. We could benefit from understanding what's the best way to process the log sources with the services we use.

Easy to integrate with as they use standard protocols (oTel, syslog, etc...)
S3 archive helps achieve great log retention for a fraction of the cost compared to other solutions.

Maintainability of parsing rules can be a challenge, especially for complex patterns, but support team was always ready to help with that as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has considerably reduced the time to investigate/troubleshoot issues (from dev. to production).

Not just another APM and Logs provider
What do you like best about the product?
The people. From their CEO, to their RVP of Sales, to their amazing Customer Success Team, they are responsive and committed to their customer's success. The product is great too! But from my role as Vendor Manager, the relationship is crucial and they consistently bring their A game. I've worked with hundreds, maybe thousands, of vendors over my career and they are definitely in the top 5% when it comes to service and true partnership.
They have 24X7 support and a 2 minute response SLA!
They rapidly deploy new features and are very responsive to our suggestions/requests.

What do you dislike about the product?
At sign on, we were hoping for RUM and Synthetic Monitoring which was still in developement. We didnt' have to wait long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full system visibility. Detailed view of system health, activity, and errors with tracing.
