Robust and easy to use ERP solution
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation from a prior ERP was time consuming, but once complete, all our data was easily accessible. Front and back office processes were streamlined allowing us to run and grow the business with fewer employees. The system is easy to use and comprehensive training modules are included.
What do you dislike about the product?
MRP lacks some of the features and capabilities which we had previously including automatic updates to the replenishment parameters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acumatica's product configurator has streamlined our order entry process and by using the make to order functionality we significantly reduced our number of parts and bills of materials. Under the prior ERP, each possible configuration required a new part number and BOM.
Deploying Acumatica in the cloud rather than on in-house servers improved our data security and reliability. Less than 6 months after going live, our in-house servers crashed with no impact on day to day processing since Acumatica was not affected.
