What do you like best about the product?
The latest version of platform now integrates Generative AI in all the possible ways, making it even easier for us to create chatbots and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Random stutters and glitches while using the platform. it doesn't properly load the dialogflows some times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had implemented some internal chatbots within JnJ. those are completly built on kore.ai from ground up. it includes internal ticketing systems, answering FAQs related to this system

What do you like best about the product?
Good Handson Experience while learning Course and doing some certifications. Easy way to build more and customize bots easily. Ease of Implementation.

Some Feature like Nodes must be in workspace level

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to develop a chatbot flow to train the bot. It is easy to make an API call to have a script to do core development tasks. NLP is the easiest to use and train the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform itself should use more advanced level JavaScript. API calls should have a timeout of more than 20 seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building a chatbot and training chatbots. There are many channels already available to make it easy to integrate with different channels. A data table is available for SQL querying. It is the best platform with almost all the features.

What do you like best about the product?
The most things I like about Kore.AI its NLP. The model helps in conversation better. Even training the models were away better than other platform what i used before. So much to explore in NLP regarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using it now for all my requirement's and i found none till now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an NLP analyst using the platform made training the bot very easy. There is many model that we try or explore. I really liked was few shot and zero shot models were we have trained lib's to be used.

the easy of building the dialogue flow and its publication is good
What do you dislike about the product?
To much content at one strech, we missed lot of goof functionality, even human brain can concentrate at a strech for 2 hours.

it should be to and fro.
show the fuchtionality and let the user practice only that and keep the training for 8 days , 1 hr daily. ultimatum is to gets hands on your software and get used to it, it will help your organisation to reach more users and clients.

they are helping to reduce the operational cost which we estimates on the human force that too for the limited time, with kore ai we can give 100 % 24/7 support
