Best Platform to Automate anything you want
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI XO platform is very good for anyone new to bot development, it will help you with some initial template for starting the development for bot of your choice

Kore.AI XO platform is full of all features we are needed for bot development, but there is something missing on ease of use while selecting the templates from marketplace

Sometimes platform was very slow, this might be due to the sandbox environment, guess it will be good enough in production environment.

I like how easy and intuitive it is to use the XO platform.

There are some bugs and glitches I found in the plaform sometimes, also the model takes too much time to train sometimes, I would really like this to get better with time.

I'm just learning as my organization wants me to get certified in it so as to work on multiple projects they can get me.

Kore.ai is a comprehensive enterprise-grade conversational AI platform to support customer engagement activities like sales and customer support. Moreover, it also supports employee experience. The platform is fully customizable and is powered by 3 Ai engines to support all conversational needs. The software development lifecycle is fully supported with batch testing capabilities. Has lots of native integrations to channels and enterprise applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Given the breath of the platform, it may become a bit difficult to use and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am running a Company that sells and implements Kore.ai.
It is fun to build something so complete in such an easy way.
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is friendly for builders, I hope they keep working on improving this aspect. Having everything organized in their respective modules and that each module has its reason for being, is much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform, it will always have details and points of improvement. One of the things that bothered me a bit in development is that many times the platform becomes slow or freezes. Even on days when the automatic saving of changes did not work correctly.
I would recommend to implement a RollBack system to have automatically backed up versions in case of emergency.
I know that the most complicated and the strength of this platform is the training for the bot, there are several details that can be improved, but I know that this is progressive.

Any kind of problem that Kore.ai solves on the platform would positively benefit me, as a builder, anything that adds positively to the development time and end-user satisfaction is welcome.

Easy to use Platform, Best customer support, Variety of features, integration with different channels.

sometimes platform crashes without a warning.

I am using it as a Virtual Assistance for HR Operations, Reduced work load on HR's, easy to report timesheets and to get regular updates, easy to ask queries.

Very intiuitive, userfreindly platform. A lot of helpfull tools and reports to improve your bot. A lot of possibilities to create a complex bot that will meet all your customers expectations (customer support). Easy of implementation and integration.

Thanks to the chat bot we provide to the customers a new communication chanel, what supports the customers but also my Customer Operation team.

It is resolving conversational and Agent Hand off problems . It will be beneficial for software houses and enterprizes to reduce the cost of managing multiple call centre and support teams.
