What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use Platform, Best customer support, Variety of features, integration with different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes platform crashes without a warning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it as a Virtual Assistance for HR Operations, Reduced work load on HR's, easy to report timesheets and to get regular updates, easy to ask queries.

Drag and drop modules and having multiple options for adding nodes.

I haven't faced any issues while working on the XO Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Very intiuitive, userfreindly platform. A lot of helpfull tools and reports to improve your bot. A lot of possibilities to create a complex bot that will meet all your customers expectations (customer support). Easy of implementation and integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything on this platform is great and useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to the chat bot we provide to the customers a new communication chanel, what supports the customers but also my Customer Operation team.

The openness of the trainers and their way of explaining each and every question.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing what I disliked about them.

It is resolving conversational and Agent Hand off problems . It will be beneficial for software houses and enterprizes to reduce the cost of managing multiple call centre and support teams.

What was most helpful is the drag and drop interface for creating the conversational flows, enabling ease of use.And the fact that the platform enables connectivity with various systems and databases.

It addresses the challenge of automating customer interactions trough AI-powered bots. And it’s benefits resides in providing 24/7 support- reducing response time and improving overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
The most help full and inovative thing i felt abot KORE.AI was that it has provided all sorts of Features and Fultionalities covering all use cases to benifit administrators as well as more of End Users via Chat Bots in FinTech and other several major domains.
Which has almost reduced the hastle of conventional banking all around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well to be very honest I did not find any downside for using Kore Ai

Kore.AI provides AI based conversational benifits for end users to solve their queries and problems related to the specific domains for which it is developed and trained along with it provides proper tracking and insights to the Product Owner to analyze properly.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to learn. The interface is very friendly for building. I am very much interested to learn with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to dislike, but two days training can be increased to 3days with less hours. That would be comfortable to attend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovative platform, no - code tools and solutions are used to deliver end to end customers and employee experiences.
