What do you like best about the product?
The low code and developer friendly evnironment of urs i like the most
What do you dislike about the product?
Documentation can become better. So i that was the one i didnt like much in kore.ai.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a conversational ai so the bot conversations are near to human interations which will make business more customer attractive and friendly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to learn and implement chatbots using kore.ai. I love that we can integrate it with google translator for various languages and train bot using external apis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website stucks very frequently which stops developers to have a smooth development.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating chatbots to contact customer care and know if a user is eligible for certain products. This save time as employees dont need to manually call customer care.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up the bot, Dialogs and other Bot fetaures in a short span of time, Support for multi channel intregration and training programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The kore webplatform lags when there is a complex flow designs and also very difficult to understand advanced micro level configurations and flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a platform to spin up a bot within no time. The support for multi channel integration is specially beneficially for a developer and customers to choose their choice of conversational channels in a very less effort and cost.

Course content is very unique and easy to understand.
You can definately learn it and can complete the training.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform was easy to use and implementation was fast .It offers numerous features which helps in easy undertanding and applying your logics more efficently.The customer support service was very quick.The video conferencing was best and here you get your questions and doubt instantly solved by the tutor.It also offers intergration services which was easy to use and can be used frequently.

The platform is not compltely stable, It requires refresh after woking in the platform for 30 minutes and cache has some issue because of which we are facing issues

What do you like best about the product?
Easily of building a new solution and testing it. Friendly layout. Big database with documentation about the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building solution in multiple language - a lot of testing and maintenance needed to stabilise a solution.

Kore.Ai gives the customers support with navigation on websites or searching for a solution on theirs problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides very intuitive and logical way to build a conversatioin flow. The UI is well thought out and makes the use of the platform very easy. There are tons of features, it takes some time to learn them, but that allows building really good human-like chatbots. Almost all of the time-consuming things while building the bot like adding instances for the machine learning or test cases can be added by a simple csv upload, which drastically cuts down build times. Training of the bot is very easy and requires no ML knowledge from the developer. It has built-in testing suite. The analytics and metrics are very rich and provide basically all the necessary information. There are roles and different users can be given different permissions. All in all this is a very well thought out and very well built enterprise level chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my use so far i have not seen any disadvantages.

Seamless integration between a chatbot and LLMs.
