Kore.ai hits the right boxes in a lot of areas:
1. Ease of use: A person with no coding experience can use the solutions offered by Kore.ai with ease and develop complex transactions. It alos offers one click deploy feature whenre the bot becomes available in multiple channels at once.
2. Learning Courses and Documentation: The courses and training offered by Kore.ai are top notch. They encapsulate a wide variety of topics in a easy to understand format. The webinars and sessions conducted by Kore professionals is also very good.

Nothing much to say here. Hopefully the documentations on Git Hub becomes much better.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface (UI), features, and user experience of the Kore.ai dashboard are new and refreshing. As a developer, I can relate to the efforts behind the exceptional design of Kore.ai's dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Obviously, there might be some resistance to change from users accustomed to the legacy dashboard. However, I believe that people will gradually relate to and become accustomed to the new dashboard.
