Good experience
What do you like best about the product?
Ui is very user friendly and easy to use we can create bot easily with drag and drop even as a first timer i did not face any issues using the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
we do not have full control over bot. if i want to add some features according to client need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is provides very fast and reliable solution for creating chat bot with just drag and drop features.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, documentation and community support present. Multiple entities and node types for every different use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat buggy platform and difficult to debug if an error occurs, especially in script nodes or bot action. Many areas, like chat history in the NLP management section, don't work as expected. Documentation is outdated, and community support is not yet much developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to quickly develop intelligent chatbots with minimum coding and easy-to-apply logic. The prebuilt entities' training is good, with room for improvement.
Great tool compared to Rasa/DialogFlow

The granularity control over each topic & the extent to which you can customize without writing much code

Nothing, everything is great, compared to what rasa or DialogFlow has to offer

Kore.ai has the downside of requiring technical knowledge, as configuring and making bot flow is difficult for a non-tech person. You will need basic computer skills; reading the documentation and following tutorials may take time.

It is very easy to learn, design the conversations, data tables, and data forms and easy to integrate as well.

Escalation to agents is one of the main features of a conversational AI platform. It should have been covered better.

What do you like best about the product?
There are four clearly defined engines. If we understand their behavior correctly and train the bot accordingly, we get outstanding results with minimal code
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't dislike actually, but i wish digital forms were more evolved. we could populate the data dynamically. Right now, there is a limited option to fill the form from the backend

It is helping us to create chatbots /IVA for our clients. The accuracy level is outstanding. All three engines working independently under the hood provide the best results. No code framwork in true sense
