Phenomenal
What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is easy to use and navigate between different services. It also has clear-cut instructions on the integration, making it easy to do. It also has user friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its documentation on some integrations lacks some information; if that gap is filled, it will become more awesome to use Kore.AI. My suggestion is to give the option to go to the docs in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI, having a built-in database, solves many problems, like procuring a new database or taking care of its authentication and security. One can use the database without worrying about the underlying structure.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives fascinating features in the simplest form. Especially NLP sights. The UI of kore.ai looks much better and is user-friendly too. Without working with a large amount of coding, it gives better features. The development of a bot is very easy for beginners without proper teaching. Simply a marvellous site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a lot of lags are there on the site. Occasionally other developers can edit the data even if they enter into dialogs in view mode. Adding an error prompt in kore.ai is better if the user makes any unwanted code in the script node.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some features are not available when we transfer our bot into ivr channel. They give some alternate approaches to achieve our requirement. Also, kore.ai has a community site there we can get more solutions for our problems. That's good.
it's a good tool for beginners specially to create virtual assistants, but it's UI create problem

It is support multilingual and good handling of NLP ambiguity

Its UI is not suitable for developers needs more customization and supports only javascript as a script; python should be there

developers easily can share the bot during development and after prototype is ready without deploying the bot.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is leading the Conversation AI area, and it's still giving users free knowledge to gain. I was very excited to learn this platform at an advanced level to apply in my future projects, and so I did. And Jayanthi is such a great mentor, and she even helped me with my queries regarding a topic with video and documents after completing my basic and advanced training. In short, Kore.ai is a great platform and will be growing and rising for many more years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, as of now, I haven't found anything that's not useful, or I haven't used it even after learning, so I would say there's nothing that I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversational AI is the future. And Kore.ai provides an excellent platform for developers to build unique conversational chatbots, which helps different kinds of businesses to serve users and understand their needs to improve their businesses and grow.

User Friendly low-code/no-code platform
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI where it has the basic necessary features easily understandable and yet has more complex features for fine tuning. This way, it caters to simple and complex bot use-cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages take time to load and due to various pods on-premise that host the platform, bot behaves unpredictably sometimes - if say FAQ pod is down. Frustrating sometimes as the issue will keep you up and you don't know the root cause for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support bots can easily be built to answer repetitive queries - much less repetitive manual labour and mundane tasks. Can automate small workflows as well and easy access via multiple channels.
