What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is leading the Conversation AI area, and it's still giving users free knowledge to gain. I was very excited to learn this platform at an advanced level to apply in my future projects, and so I did. And Jayanthi is such a great mentor, and she even helped me with my queries regarding a topic with video and documents after completing my basic and advanced training. In short, Kore.ai is a great platform and will be growing and rising for many more years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, as of now, I haven't found anything that's not useful, or I haven't used it even after learning, so I would say there's nothing that I dislike about this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversational AI is the future. And Kore.ai provides an excellent platform for developers to build unique conversational chatbots, which helps different kinds of businesses to serve users and understand their needs to improve their businesses and grow.
I have been using this platform for almost four years now, and the way this platform is upgrading and providing new unique features, I love working on this platform.

User Friendly low-code/no-code platform
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive UI where it has the basic necessary features easily understandable and yet has more complex features for fine tuning. This way, it caters to simple and complex bot use-cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some pages take time to load and due to various pods on-premise that host the platform, bot behaves unpredictably sometimes - if say FAQ pod is down. Frustrating sometimes as the issue will keep you up and you don't know the root cause for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support bots can easily be built to answer repetitive queries - much less repetitive manual labour and mundane tasks. Can automate small workflows as well and easy access via multiple channels.

Kore.AI has some pretty advanced capabilities, their methodology to solve problems is great and they are continuously improving their product.

we are using Kore.AI chatbots to provide a better candidate journey to our website visitors, it allows integration with multiple systems allowing a smooth UX.

It has a lot of features and it is easily customisable as we can use our own NL engine or deploy in our own custom platform

The UI/UX of kore ai is not good, with lots of bugs like the whole data table is not visible.

It's multiple features helps achieve the best user experience based on the requirements. Optimized NLP is added advantage. Kore platform is easily understandable Comapred to other competitors.

Feasibility to download Usage & Containment reports to be improved. It is in plan to accomadate this in future releases.

It is solving the major problems in ITSM and reducing the traffic to agents. Easy debugging steps in the bot helps solve the issues by myself. Becase of this the business performance has improved.

This offer various features in its xo platform, and its have a powerful ML engine which gets trained very quickly and gives optimal performance in behavior and gives great experience

Nothing is there; it offers intense intents identification and gives exact results. We have more than 10k ml utterances trained to the bot none of them failed any time

bot platform we have user more than 20k using the kore chatbots and most of them are happy using kore bots we have lot of use cases which are easily trained to the bot
