What do you like best about the product?
It is really helpful in connecting with existing system via api and allow the api to get call inside chatbot. UI is also awesome, without any code we can create a form. Awesome it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not open source, more people can contribute to the feature enhancement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding chatbot for Bank.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore AI platform is an easy drag-and-drop tool that saved me a lot of time in conversation designs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface is not snappy as I thought. Sometimes it freezes forever without even loading anything that can be seen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been building chatbots for the past five years. Kore AI helps me in one time-consuming issue - getting conversation flows constructed as fast as possible.,

I like the quick responses from the bot. The NLP is just fantastic.

Nothing much about the platform as of now.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has the capability of building Multi-Lingual bots with fewer code changes. This platform's ML and NLP engines are far better than others. They also have Pre-Build use cases, so we can easily use them and build bots on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. This bot platform is easily the best in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On using Kore.ai to build the bots for a Pharma customer, we have taken down manual intervention to a large extent which benefits a lot by taking down physical agents

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity with which the bot platform allows setting up NLP Engine for the bot to be more realistic and more user friendly, to build and use the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few issues but the platform team was able to resolve them with quick responses.
