Kore.ai | omni-channel | Cost Effective | Low code Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We do like the omnichannel capability of the Kore.ai XO platform. We can create a single bot that would be replicated to Voice, WhatsApp, FB messenger, and telegram. The best part is it takes just a day, or two to optimise the channel-specific performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the Kore.ai platform components are good. It is more towards the resource/knowledge base structure that needs to be improved. As it takes time to dig and search for most of the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving a couple of our client problems w.r.t banking services like loan servicing, collections etc. In addition, we're creating an omnichannel bot for various customers, which belong to travel, utility and financial services.

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience working on kore ai, especially bot-building things. It looks so appealing how this platform is designed and helps users create chatbots. I have designed multiple chatbots for different purposes, and my colleagues were really impressed with that and also appreciated this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the documentation part should be more helpful and should be updated if there are any changes in the platform. Need to work on some machine learning and AI parts as well. Otherwise, all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily work on chatbots, and kore ai helped me with this. It's easy to use and has an excellent user interface. And also, kore ai has a great and helpful community.
Amazing product but you need to know js
What do you like best about the product?
Kore.ai is able to help us build a bot that will allow us to route our customers in the right direction without having to talk to a live person. This bot is easy to update and understand where to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to know JS to be able to customize this bot. If no JS knowldege is around, the bot will be more basic and not as specialized as it can be. The customer also needs to be able to expect delays in building an be ready to sign in again while building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI is allowing our level 1 guides to get basic questions answered without having to talk to our level 2 support to answer them. Our containment is up due to this bot.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent training, easy to use platform software and great functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked, the training is comprehensive to cover all the functionaily. A series of short videos post training would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have developed a solution to improve and automate customer service when deployed it will eliminate the need for two employees.

There are a few:
1. Creating a basic conversational flow is very easy and fast.
2. Lots of NLU support.
3. Custom Dashboard is excellent for analysing performance.
4. Kore documentation and community helps a lot while we get stuck in development.

What do you dislike about the product?
Though I haven't found much, a downside is
1. In a POST API call, We can't see the data table with updated data.
2. In service definition, inside "edit request" the fields are always showing as empty when we come back again, even after filling the details for the first time. This is a platform glitch, I guess which can be improved.

I have been creating a few of my projects here since 2017.
When building a chatbot with a basic FAQ, menu-driven or conversational flow with a fast development schedule, Kore is a good choice.
The templates that Kore provides can help anyone using this platform for the first time.

Not an exact downside but the documentation and training are entirely based on chatbot only. IVR channel should also be highlighted.

Whenever I stack some where to find the funtionality of plateform kore.ai support team is very fast responce your issue.
1) The First fall provides debugging your own chatbot to find and resolve the issues.
2) Kore.ai provide a strong community developer to solve your query and respond very fast (Most of the issue you can already find on community sites).
3) Somehow, if you have not found any resolution from those points, then you can use the "support.kore.ai" mail id to get the resolution (My personal experience that is getting very fast responses from them).

I've been using kore.ai for the last one year continuously but did not find anything to stop my project. If anything happens, they provide fast resolutions.

It is related to Hospitality, Airlines, and Customer support, where we have used API calling, AI Intents and Knowledge Graph functionality and many more provided by kore.ai
Best UI, intelligence and developer friendly sdk integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Additional Integrations like web sdk, botkit are very helpful in improving user experience and the bots ui and smart assist are state of art designs. They have very good sentiment management and importantly supporting channels. Kore.ai is supporting almost all channel like web, whatsapp, messenger, slack etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
for few languages, local accent support in smart assist is yet to be imporved. Apart from that, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
kore.Ai is a leader in conversational AI services and they have very good platform for developing chatbots and voice bots. As a developer, I have worked with botkit and websdk which gave me an opportunity to learn new technologies.
Kore.ai is best in chatbot surly it will be used by everyone in future.

Creating a bot is easier using Kore.ai platform, and we can do it in less time.

The older version of the bot can't be updated to the new version.
