Clear communication from the team, opportunity to develop ideas further and great discussions on what optimisations can be made further
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the length of time for SOW creation and roll out of proposed plans. It still the best I’ve experienced though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Combatting the limitations our CMS platform has whilst elevating the CX our customers have on site. In particular, being able to solve for specific gaps in our sites UX to improve conversion.

The analytical reports and ease of use makes me enjoy the platform and service.

Features may take a period of time and a lot of back and forth before coming into fruition.

Cross-selling has become easier, as well as retargeting. More sales.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qubit is helping us improve the customer experience on site (test of new designs, functionalities and personalization) and improve our revenue and conversion.
Magic doesn't exist, but Qubit comes pretty close.
What do you like best about the product?
First off, what really separates Qubit from the rest is the time and effort they place on getting to know your company, we don't work in the most glamorous sector but Qubit really impressed us with their first impressions and research. The presentations we receive that highlight our roadmaps are invaluable discussion pieces we really enjoy attending.
Qubit has the ability to solve issues in a way no other system or software has been able to get close to. Qubit saves us huge amounts of time and effort in large scale development by offering a solution for us to really enhance our customer journey.
We really appreciate Qubits on going approach to offering us more hands on solutions, so that we can implement our own experiences with greater flexibility, and they've really stuck by that offering as we're not able to manually input and change our experiences without the need to too much discussion.
Qubit is an incredibly interesting and sophisticated piece of technology, so we do run into issues but the support team behind the scene is incredibly responsive, and great at showing us any mistakes myself and the team have made when tinkering.

The software can be hard to use without an account manager and a technical team, but luckily qubit has always solved any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the poor flexibility that our website CMS offers, Qubit is bypassing lengthy development times so that we can test and try solutions that drive conversions.
Amazing for personalisation and experimenting new features
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to experience different audiences and segments on various experiences and tests. The visual editor is great when wanting to make small, minor content changes and test the variations e.g TOV or different imagery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data visualisation and reporting could be much better. There's no data ranges, just 24 hours or lifetime. Would be good to see how an experience did last week when a change was made, or how it did vs last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's useful for quick fixes to prevent developer fees for parts of the site unaccessible from the CMS. But it also lets us check what big developments would look like before committing to the development phase.

Can be hefty to setup so requires a fair bit of patience, but the tool and results can be very rewarding.

I like and use Coveo, because it provides highly categorized functions in intelligent areas, since it provides necessary and relevant information, for objective argumentation, when it comes to interactions with superiors within an organization if it is an employee, or in external environments to the company, being very useful to guarantee a more effective percentage when giving an opinion on a particular topic, being one of my favorite aspects, in relation to this intuitive software with advanced indexing features. data, for these operations, for a well structured purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new updates in the user interface are totally cumbersome and timely, since it presents a bad design when making changes based on the commercial requirements that are required for the complex stabilization of an ongoing negotiation, which is a Problem that needs an update, to solve these problems, which can slow down the entire work process, mentioning that the analytics in lower versions is very poor in offering outstanding news.

What is most noticeable in the operational functions of Coveo, are its fast search results, being one of the things that I also love to a great extent, when we go to this software, its speed and precision of the investigations web, they are wonderful, with massive data, which allow you to exercise their functionalities, without any kind of eminent problem, highlighting that it includes total ease, when carrying out these processes, for a particular objective, for the balanced purposes for which they wish to carry out your inquiries, with this innovative method.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be determined that on the one hand, although their investigative processes are mostly agile, negatively, we can underline that their disadvantages include an optimal and coherent order, for a good search, and thus guarantee the complete experience, which this system should provide, to any user who wishes to use it, because in other similar topics, that is, their indexing systems are not in their environment, coupled and organized, since their responses are random.

We provide the solution for powerful searches of different data, of our website, and even relevant information that it has in its design, to reinforce certain topics in a successful way, filtering outstanding news from each of the clients that We have registered in the platforms, to create profiles and documents, most of all it is used by the department that we have at disposal, which is made up of a large team of web application developers, who use this product more frequently, to be notified, about the items on offer, to determine with what design your required resources need, or how you like them for your convenience.

It is a tool that I love in immense proportions, because it turns negotiations into a more personal method, which allows most of the sales made by a particular organization to be more efficient and effective for the most part, since it adapts in an incredible way, which gives access to a considerable and successful flow, without excluding that it is automated on a large scale, with respect to its prevalent functionalities, which are totally based on artificial intelligence, with objectives integrated in the cloud.

The results are not specific, since it does not have a system designed for the indexing of these searched data, which are stored in a database, which is totally disordered, much less is there an option to promote better research, being slow, significantly delaying performance, most of all affects in business terms, since they contain massive information bases with successful projects.

We use Coveo in some of our departments, to carry out searches of the data that we keep protected in the panel that we have, most of all so that each of the clients, registered on our platform, can commission investigations for their benefit, according to with the policies and functions that we exercise internally, or even if you want to find out the details of a particular product, this software offers you results that might interest you, with similar characteristics, in case you cannot visualize your objective.

It is implemented in a wonderful way to its analysis and information generation engine, including custom connectors, as long as they are systematically compatible, being ideal for companies with a medium and small productivity performance, since it will allow you a better flow, according to the search for data within its platform, for its clients, being a widely used and recommended system, since the services it provides are very useful, for the most part.

Coveo é adequado para rastrear grandes coleções de elementos do site e organizar o conteúdo com base em modelos e estruturas de pasta muito fortes e incríveis, em termos de impressão, as facetas permitem agrupar o conteúdo relacionado independentemente de sua posição na árvore, que é um recurso muito útil para a maioria das implementações que você adquire em sua organização, no que diz respeito às investigações que deseja realizar dentro deste programa.

What do you like best about the product?
Initiative mind should be noted, that I like this search software mainly for its integrations with various platforms, to promote an effective use of Coveo improving its operation in large quantities valued, mentioning my favorite term of service, is that it allows indexing data in different systems formulated in the cloud, in other aspects, we consider highlighting that its programming is very fast, the results of the proposed investigation appear quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The significant disadvantages in relation to Coveo is that the results shown are not always relevant to the issue raised to investigate, they are ordered to us, considering a total lack of control of random information, much less does it contain a solution for this kind of problems, frequently presented, in main terms to the software, in its new user interface were cumbersome and timely, to make changes based on business requirements.
