ToolJet is a great tool and easy to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Once we had our clarity on low-code, no code platforms - we experienced no friction. Since this is different than traditional development, you need engineers with good business acumen (and data + JS skills). Once you have that - you can move pretty rapidly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the aspects of Tooljet that I value the most is its exceptional ease of use. The platform's intuitive and user-friendly nature makes it accessible to team members with limited coding experience, empowering them to contribute to application development seamlessly. The drag-and-drop interface simplifies the process of creating new applications and customizing existing ones, enabling rapid prototyping and iteration. Additionally, Tooljet's extensive library of pre-built components and integrations offers a significant advantage, allowing us to swiftly build complex applications without starting from scratch. This not only boosts our development velocity but also enhances our overall productivity, as we can leverage existing resources to deliver high-quality applications efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of OpenAI's chatGPT API would be a valuable addition to Tooljet, as it has the potential to elevate Tooljet from being a low-code platform to a zero-code application development solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tooljet helped to prototype adhoc dashboards and internal applications for our sales and operations team.
Great experiecne using Tooljet to build AI enablement platforms
What do you like best about the product?
It has been so easy to hook up and parse different APIs to create a prototype of an AI-enabled product we are exploring. We used OpenAI and GPT4 to in one day build our prototype within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many dislikes of the prodcut at this moment. I think it is a newer product and will keep getting better as time goes on. I like they are open source as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I built an MVP for an AI enabled prodcut very quickly. It took the work I would have done in 2 weeks and I was able to acomplish it in less than one full work day.

No major issues were found. We will keep add more use cases to get a grip on it.

We faced significant internal productivity challenges due to disconnected systems and a lack of access to information. However, since implementing ToolJet, their internal systems have become more efficient, resulting in improved productivity and reduced salary overhead. The team was able to create a POC app within a matter of days, and after several iterations, they released it to delivery managers, who used it for over two weeks before rolling it out to a more significant number of users. They are developing an improved internal interface to their enterprise enrolment platform, and they recognise ToolJet's potential to transform their Internal business. With ToolJet, We faced significant internal productivity challenges due to disconnected systems and lack of access to information. However, since implementing ToolJet, their internal systems have become more efficient, resulting in improved productivity and reduced salary overhead. Get dashboards/data visualizations up and running in no time
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to quickly build dashboards collecting data from multiple sources without writing code or building UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. But felt that the builder UI/UX could be improved and made more performant/responsive.
