Great API, documentation and examples
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, SDK examples for many scenarios and use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I remember is that we needed support to flutter, but we quickly integrated and created a plugin for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used on our web, iOS, Android and TV(android tv, Tizen) apps and the analytics.

Transcoding speeds that will blow you away
What do you like best about the product?
We use Bitmovin for our most critical VOD transcoding workflows. Extremely reliable service, top customer service (both support and account management) and amazing transcoding speeds. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of. They listen to our feedback and add it to their roadmap whenever they recognise that the problem we are trying to solve is an "industry" problem
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are our go-to solution for large files. We transcode files whose lenght varies from 1 hour to up to 10 hours long in a matter of minutes with average transcoding speeds of up to 1500 fps.
We also use them for fast turnaround publishing workflows where short files need to be published as soon as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
They have an excellent support, great technical skills, and are leading great changes on ott industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
They only run services on cloud , we would like to run their applications on our servers on premisses. But we do understand that is part of the business.

They have the per teitle encoding that helps to improve the video experience and code efficience

The products simply abstract away the complexity of video streaming in applications without maintenance effort.
Full blown solution with many features and stable for all required devices.

This service helped us be one of the first mover with MPEG-DASH years ago. Since there we are happy to use this service for many of our customers.

We are happy as it is. There is now downside so far.
