What do you like best about the product?
The phone activation and the speed that this sends and is activated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes this disconnects for no reason even with a strong broadband signal;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work full time remote and I can access all of the internal systems to allow me to perform my role.

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface, simple connection. Easy to adjust settings, and was really impressed with the support when I submitted a ticket. They got me sorted with really helpful links and I was good to go less than an hour after submitting my request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectivity issues when switching wifi, but I was able to adjust the settings to fix the issue after help from their support team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a newly-remote team, it allows us to connect and be protected from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Livechat was available as soon as I needed it, agents were very friendly and efficient. I eventually sorted the issue out myself but this is due to the problem I was experiencing not actually being directly an issue with the Perimeter app and rather with browser cookie settinga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it was easy to access and helpful. I did get cut off at one point but the follow-up emails were quick and helped me to rectify the issue eventually. Agents were all quick to reply and the ability to send screenshots directly through the live chat function helped them assist me quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses it to enable employees to work remotely. A huge benefit to us all during the last year and has seen us through the biggest drive-in online retail in recent history.

What do you like best about the product?
The Support arround the product. From the very beginning, our account manager and the technical contact person looked after us very well.
Problems were quickly addressed and also quickly resolved. We had a lot of sessions with Perimeter, to discuss different themes and talking about feature reqests, this requests were all monitored and many of them are now in the development or already released. That's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
New Gateway locations could be deployed a bit faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're securing our employees during there work. We an international Team and so we have to make sure that all devices are secured and with the VPN Solution from Perimeter81 we can manage it. There is no more need for us, to have local VPN Gateway in all necessary countries.

Easy to use effective cloud VPN solution

What do you like best about the product?
Perimeter 81's support team has been accommodating in the setup process, making the initial setup of our cloud VPN very easy and seamless. They have continued to provide support for the few questions or issues that have come up over time.

The software itself was very user-friendly and provided our user base a straightforward install-to-use workflow. It has also maintained a very high update with little to no service issues that impacted us.

The administrator options also provide a highly effective way to limit user options which makes room for error much less, creating a better overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have occassionally encounter bugs related to SSO on the desktop app and connection issues. While this has always been resolved by contacting support in a timely manner it has caused some problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the recent pandemic starting, our on-prem hosted VPN solution became overwhelmed very quickly with all of our employees switching to remote work. Perimeter 81 provided a quick and easy solution to split the load between VPNs and provide our company with a reliable backup if needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy setup and use cloud VPN service, Perimeter 81 is a great choice.

I love that it connects quickly and easily.

When you are logged in, sometimes it disconnects and has to be reconnected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for teams to communicate and stay connected. A simple green light on the icon confirms it is up and running.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that there's a dedicated and well-functioning mobile app. I work remotely, and I need a reliable service like Perimeter 81! Both my desktop and mobile clients never gave me issues or troubles. I got everything set up in less than a minute. The app is also very light!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the desktop/mobile app. It has always worked as intended!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live in Italy and I'd unable to work remotely with the USA if it wasn't for Perimeter 81! This service is fundamental for me, I use it every day to connect with my remote colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice feature to work with, it gives a certain feeling of security as well, it's nice since we're using it by default in our company, and the application has a great customer service as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, very satisfied in general

It gives a certain level of protection and also security, and in a company as ours where security is very important it's hard to imagine a professional day without Perimeter 81.

You have to try it to see it for yourself how practical it is and how easy to use.
