Reliability meets Easy Interface
What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use and there are never any issues for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no auto update when switching devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making things secure and allowing us to put people at ease with the security.

Fast reliable vpn
What do you like best about the product?
Perimeter 81 has all countries we use for work, switching fast and smooth between countries without errors, fast loading page speed, easy interface
What do you dislike about the product?
For work, we need the web content to be localized to country we vpn. Seems Perimeter 81 doesn't do localization automatically , so we have to change it in pc settings manually
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do quallity assurance of our content all round the world fully relieng on Perimeter 81

What do you like best about the product?
Changing my IP for marketing. Ability to test out ads from various locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the pricing is better fitted for other departments. Just for Advertising use case, could be a little pricy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to see what our ads look like when changing locations.
Fast and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty fast, easy to switch between different networks. The UI is easy to understand and use. Also allows the security I am looking for. Overall it is a pretty useful app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say so far.

It is providing VPN and security

The product is outstanding and easy to use for a standard user.

The branding transition has been disgusting. All the apps broke, requiring manual update processes. And for what? A logo change!
Users that already have existing VPN software may experience difficulties using the Perimeter software. Simply having an application installed - services running or not - causes problems with their software. If that software is OpenVPN, you're going to want to uninstall it before installing Perimeter.
Support treats everyone - including their partners - like they've never touched a computer. Be ready to prove that the minimal error message exists through screenshots, and don't expect a direct answer to any questions unless it happens to be the first question on their checklist. It took me a 5 minute chat to get a link to an article that only instructed the reader to call support.
Logging and additional information that may aid a user in troubleshooting their problems without requiring such a teeth-grinding support experience is blocked, and all error messages are generalized - providing no clues to the actual error. When these people say Zero Trust, that's exactly what they mean. Save yourself the headache and record a reproduction of the error with a steps recorder, as well as a video capture software, and if you're using a browser, be sure to pull the debug logs as you navigate.

The software benefits us by reducing the time to deploy, requiring less technical ability for secure VPN connections, API access for custom integrations, and increased security where traditional methods are not an option.

I like it handles the network transaction between workplace network and home network smoothly.

Sign off from an external network like a home network can be better.

Always-on VPN now works better. VPN session kept alive when changing network from workplace to home.
It is very useful and reliable and easy to use.

I like it the most whenever using perimeter there is no such internet interruption.
So easy to access all the tools on my work that makes my work so easy and so reliable.

there's nothing at all.I used to learn how to use it well and how to explore on the perimeter that I did not find it to hard to use especially on my busy days schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the network is very fast and it helps me do my task as soon as possible and in no time I can do a multitask since the nature of my job is multitask. All of the agents in perimeter is so helpful.

It is fast and your really can say that it is very secure since there are no issues that have come up yet since I started using Perineter 81.

Sometimes it takes time to find a connection.

Maybe update their version and fix some bugs to have faster response when connecting to VPN.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to connect, Fast, great security and straightforward. The minimized version of the app has very simple functions that are easy to follow

Sometimes, it disconnects in the middle of usage and there are certain bugs

It makes me access to the servers and certain sites that are not available in my country. also it secures my information while browsing

I love how intuitive and easy to use it is. I have never had any issues while using Perimeter 81.

Nothing, I have no issues using Perimeter 81. It has always worked great for me.

I am able to quickly access my companies VPN from across the country, making working from home seamless and easy.
