Fast and reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It never crashes. The switch between locations is always fast and reliable

Each time I open the application, I need to log in via the browser

I log in on the VPN of my company, and also I can check how the ads look in different countries/locations.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Perimeter 81 while providing telemedicine care. I use it almost daily. It is easy and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have only experienced one instance where Perimeter 81 was down. However, it was resolved in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides secure access to patient information.
Perimeter 81 helps us to do our all project work efficiently.

Seems good on the security levels, as we didn't face any issues with that when we were logged in, using this VPN.

Sometimes made my internet connection somewhat slower.
Few times it took minutes to connect.
And somtimes I needed to close the app from my windows task manager, to be able to log in again.

Perimeter 81 is reliable and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability is of the utmost importance, Perimeter 81 offers that. Connection to the VPN allows me to stay safe while I complete my work. The customer service has been quick and excellent.

I had some connection issues to the VPN. I was unable to connect for a period of time. The customer service quickly helped me out and solved my issue

Safety if of the utmost concern for me. I can relax knowing Perimeter 81 maintains a stable connection to the VPN.

This service is reliable. I am able to safely mask my IP, and get my work done without worry. The customer support from Perimeter 81 is excellent, they help in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Enterprise VPN available in the market. The best part is tech support. Literally, in minutes they reply and solve your queries on the same day or within the same hour too.
If you are running an enterprise company or startup, I would definitely recommend Perimeter81 VPN.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are connection issues. Also, I feel there are certain places where I am not even able to open the app (Probably it has to do with the firewall but I never had any similar issues with other VPNs )
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives secure connection to our common servers and all the members are securely connected via that IP. Also, using Perimeter81 makes a big difference in latency as everyone is connected to common IP.

IT is seamless, you don't even know it is running in the background. We have it configured for several different VPN based on our own internal needs and security controls.

Once in a while, it will log me out and I have to click to get the sign-on screen, but not really a big deal.

We use it for security login purposes. You need to be logged into the VPN in order to access several of our systems
Easy to you and confirm access to and faster than other VPNs I have used in the past.

Sometimes this disconnects for no reason even with a strong broadband signal;

Lightning-fast support!
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy interface, simple connection. Easy to adjust settings, and was really impressed with the support when I submitted a ticket. They got me sorted with really helpful links and I was good to go less than an hour after submitting my request.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connectivity issues when switching wifi, but I was able to adjust the settings to fix the issue after help from their support team.

As a newly-remote team, it allows us to connect and be protected from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Livechat was available as soon as I needed it, agents were very friendly and efficient. I eventually sorted the issue out myself but this is due to the problem I was experiencing not actually being directly an issue with the Perimeter app and rather with browser cookie settinga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it was easy to access and helpful. I did get cut off at one point but the follow-up emails were quick and helped me to rectify the issue eventually. Agents were all quick to reply and the ability to send screenshots directly through the live chat function helped them assist me quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses it to enable employees to work remotely. A huge benefit to us all during the last year and has seen us through the biggest drive-in online retail in recent history.
