Scrut offers a secure and reliable portal, with a user interface that is highly intuitive and easy to navigate.

At the moment, I can't think of any downsides to Scrut.

It effectively filters out unwanted traffic, ensuring that our documents remain safe and secure. This, in turn, benefits our business.

The Scrut team has been extremely helpful with everything. I appreciate their support and assistance throughout my experience.

There was nothing I disliked. Overall, everything is good.

Scrut Automation helps streamline our compliance and security processes by automating evidence collection, monitoring, and reporting. It saves time, reduces manual effort, and improves overall accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole process of defining controls, monitoring, and mapping is handled very smoothly, with an interface that is easy to use and straightforward to understand. The range of features and the frequency of updates are also quite good.
What do you dislike about the product?
The transition between their account managers could be improved. It would be helpful if the new team was already familiar with the work that has been done, so I wouldn't have to explain everything again each time a new team takes over. Reducing the need to repeat information would make the process much smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scurt Automation has been instrumental in assisting us with obtaining our compliance certification and maintaining the certification. Also doing our penetration testing

What do you like best about the product?
The support team was really helpful, especially as I got accustomed to using the platform. I absolutely loved the ease of the compulsory learning and getting my entire company to complete the course was really simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me some time to navigate the system (like the Publish of Evidence was not so inuitive) so a self-study tutorial would have been a good starting point for me to ask fewer questions in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standardization and improving our asset and IT management. Before, it was non-existant. Now, it is clear and documented, which is great!

It provides unified solution and a centralized view for all relevant frameworks, along with a dashboard displaying our cybersecurity maturity score.

Really, the process is not easy but Scrut makes it easy.

SCRUT has guided the company through the whole process. Without them, we wouldn't know even where to start.

Some reports take time to load, and a few integrations need more customization options. Apart from that, most features work smoothly.
