Scrut team is very cooperative, they helped us in getting certified within 2 months.

The scrut platform UI is very nice we can find all the things very easily, scrut team helped us in every aspect during our certification process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automation can be better, as there is alot of manual evidences upload is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped us in getting ISO 270001 ceritification with minimal efforts.

- Onboarding was smooth. Scrut team guided us well, which made the rollout quick and hassle-free.
- They have excellent Customer support. They are fast, proactive, and always ready to help.
- Platform has a lot of features that cover different compliance frameworks in one place.
- Integrations with cloud services and collaboration tools work seamlessly, which makes life easier.
- They have a lot of templates which you can use if you are lacking in any processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
- If you are not familiar with SOC2 processes, initially you may feel overwhelmed.
- Due to lot of features, the initial learning curve is a bit higher, but things become smooth as you get used to it.

or a startup like us, getting compliant and certified is a big challenge. You don’t know where to start, what processes are needed, or if the ones you already have are standard.
Managing documentation and submitting evidence is another struggle.
Scrut brings structure to all of this. The platform has ready templates, clear guidelines on controls, and examples of evidence. This makes the whole process much easier and less overwhelming.
With Scrut, we know we’re on the right track and not missing anything important.

What do you like best about the product?
What is best about Scrut Automation is the continuous support for compliance readiness. Team is always available to help us wherever needed and happy to hop on calls to make sure we have everything we need to be compliance ready. This has made it significantly easier for FathomThat to be compliant and maintain the compliance over the period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven’t encountered any major issues with Scrut Automation. The platform has met our expectations for compliance support. Also they are continuously improving and releasing new improved features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut is helping us streamline and automate our SOC2 compliance processes. It significantly reduces the manual effort with policies, tracking controls, and staying audit-ready. By integrating with AWS which is our tech stack as well as HRIS systems, it provides real-time visibility into our compliance posture, which saves time, reduces risk, and boosts confidence with customers and auditors.
