What do you like best about the product?
scrut is helping ubuy for PCI Audit for 3 years and making sure that all controls are implemented

NO dislikes as of now , if any will update later

Cost effective and great customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut is cost-effective, easy to use, and clear on process. Their support team is responsive, and the account management is excellent, which makes the overall experience smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Earlier, some tasks required more manual effort, but Scrut has improved significantly with better integrations and automation. The manual work we still do is mainly because we don’t yet have certain systems in place (like an HRIS), which Scrut would otherwise automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation is helping us manage compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2, as well as the ongoing management of our compliance program. It also supports our security testing processes, making it much easier to stay audit-ready and maintain strong security practices without adding unnecessary manual workload.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation has been instrumental in simplifying our compliance journey. Their platform not only streamlines the entire compliance readiness process but also comes with exceptional support from their team. They are always proactive in resolving queries, jumping on calls whenever needed, and ensuring that we have everything in place to stay audit-ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s very little to dislike about Scrut Automation. If anything, a few areas could benefit from more customization to fit unique internal workflows. However, this hasn’t been a blocker, as the platform already covers most compliance requirements well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut Automation helps us organise and track our compliance activities in one place. Earlier, it was difficult to keep everything updated manually across different teams and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
SCRUT GRC Tool helps us to implement all the controls and requirements for the BSI Audit

The SCRUT agent can be a little buggy but this is not he deal breaker

Scrut feature development is good and backend support for catering multiple client requests is amazing.

Multiple features still being developed which ideally should work from day 1 in security and compliance workspace.

What do you dislike about the product?
As of now there is nothing to dislike, all good
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting all certificates of HIPPA, GDPR, ISO and SOC2
Much needed service for tech start-ups
What do you like best about the product?
Knowledge of the entire process for getting certification and patience of the support team in guiding users. Some of the features can be very easily integrated. AWS integration especially picks up a lot of noise for cloud tests requiring significant manual interventions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although this significantly streamlines the process and allows for rapid certifications, there is significant manual effort required on the users end.
One feature which maybe can be added is auto snapshots of evidence for connected services.
