Scaling compliance efficiently using Scrut!
What do you like best about the product?
We were able to setup ISO 27001, SOC 2 controls from scratch with the help of Scrut.
What do you dislike about the product?
In particular, we didnt came accross any issue that could have resulted in dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numberlabs is getting ISO 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 complaint with the help of Scrut and its services.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation improved our efficiency and confidence in meeting all the needed regulatory standards. We particularly appreciate the outstanding efforts of your representatives, Piyush Parlani (Sales) and Nikhil Chaurasiya (CSM). Their dedication has been instrumental in Scrut's growth and our positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not encountered any significant problems using Scrut Automation to date.

Amazing platform to get ISO 27001 Certified to any organization
What do you like best about the product?
Scrut gives an easy outlook to ISO. We could store and retrieve all our policies and evidences in one click. The platform is very user friendly and the Scrut team is extremely helpful. Special mention to Nikhil who helped us achieve our goals in less than estimated time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. We have liked everything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One place for all artifacts and policies as our data was scattered before Scrut. And it gave us know-how on how to do the evidences for ISO, including detailed steps.

What do you like best about the product?
Amazing experience using Scrut and its recently released AI features to automate manual tasks. And overwhelmed by the support provided by the CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback for the team - the team needs to work on the QA part before releasing few features. Found few where I beleive if QA would have been done then the experience could have been much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company got ISO 27001 security certitication with the help of Scrut and it helped us to enchance the security process at our end.
Wonderful Complaince Journey with Scrut
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, we liked the Scrut product and its service. One thing that was exceptional throughout is the kind of support that you get during the implementation journey. Our CSM - Nikhil was available throughout the process and help us with each step in our journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
We found People module to be bit confusing the way we need to map checklist, then the group and lastly setting up training campaign. Had told the team about this, hoping they will comeup with something better in this process soon.

Findler AI got ISO 27001:2022 framework implemented, and certified using Scrut platform and its offerings.

What do you like best about the product?
Scurt provides a very smooth and flexible experience for security and compliance. They have very knowledgeable staff for support and an amazing security console.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a suggestion that you have to increase the scope of VAPT testing, like deeper testing.

They are helping customers to fulfill the ISO, SOC2, and GDPR compliances with track records.

Very easy to use, multiple features are available, They assign you a person who takes care of the support, implementation is easy and it has multiple intergrations as well, currently the team is using it on daily basis.

The scrut agent is very laggy, it can be improved a lot.

The standout quality with Scrut Automation has undoubtedly been the people. From the initial sales conversations to ongoing account management, the support has been exceptional. The team is consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in us.

The platform is powerful, but the portal's user interface has a steep learning curve and could be more intuitive. While I understand SOC2 itself is complex, there's a significant opportunity to simplify the user experience to make it more accessible for those not already familiar with compliance frameworks

It helps us in two primary ways:
1. SOC2 Compliance: It helps us prepare for the audit process. The access to internal auditors who will help in our preparation is also a significant benefit.
2. Improved Security Posture: It strengthens our overall security by flagging misconfigurations and vulnerabilities in our setup that we might have otherwise missed.

I also appreciate the intuitive dashboard, real-time alerts, and integrations with our existing tools, which make risk management and audit preparation seamless. Their support team is also very responsive and proactive, making onboarding and adoption smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is impressive overall, there is a bit of a learning curve when setting up some advanced controls and workflows. Certain integrations could be more customizable, and reporting templates could be more flexible to fit unique organizational needs. However, these are relatively minor compared to the overall value it delivers.

Scrut Automation saves us time by automating evidence collection and compliance tracking for a framework like SOC 2. It reduces manual effort, lowers the risk of errors, and makes audit readiness much smoother and faster.
