What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Agent has been quite helpful and we saved our budget on the MDM solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were few bugs during the impememtation but those were proactively addressed by the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helped Omkara Infotech for the impelmentation of ISO 27001 and SOC2 TYPE2

There is nothing that I didn't like about scrut automation

Its a great platform as a centralized means for managing compliance and especially the control list for every standard is explicitly addressed which is helpful for companies.

Sometimes it's a bit complex to understand the overall platform considering if you opt for all standards.

Best platform for information security compliance tracking
What do you like best about the product?
The platform helps my team in keeping a live track of all our compliance and control records. This helps us in seamlessly tracking, assigning and completing tasks. Also TPRM process becomes a piece of cake. The integrations are easy to do and the customer support is proactive to help you as and when needed to make full use of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be a bit more intuitive and easy to use as for folks who have never used an automation platform, it may take sometime to navigate and learn how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrut helps me in making my policy management easy and quick, it also helps the information security team to have a live view of all the progress we are making and quickly overcoming any gaps.

What do you like best about the product?
Scrut Automation is simplified and efficient for managing infosec and GRC tasks. The platform provides well defined dashboard that consolidates all compliance requirements, risk assessments, and audit activities in one place, making it easy to monitor and manage. Its user-friendly interface, automation features, and seamless integration with other tools significantly reduce the time and effort needed to maintain compliance and ensure robust security measures. We have integrated it with GWS & AWS and now planning to integrate with JIRA as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Persons who are new to GRC Platforms and lack knowledge on compliance may find it difficult to manage the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We as FinTech, need to ensure regulatory requirement and maintain Industry standards. The tool helps us to manage both these requirements. The complete GRC lifecycle from Compliance mapping, evidence collection to reporting is being managed through scrut which reduces the time taken to manage each stages of the lifecycle.

Best part about scrut automation has been great team and clear communication around the compliance processes. They helped make the process seamless to gain certifications in a quick and easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrut Web Apps UI could be improved slightly but the communication and support from Scrut team helped us navigate through the UI to browse the specific areas that needed our attention.

Scrut Automation is helping us identify gaps and fill those gaps for streamlining our processes to help achieve the desired certifications. It also helps us collate all the information at one place.
